The rooms stinks fungus, easy to get sick. Pic looks good but realistically Not even close to pics.

Only the location

Nothing was good. Room was not clean. Bad smell was there through out. The room picture sent was different than the one I was offered to stay. Hopeless stay overall. My first booking was cancelled and FAB changed the booking on their own after I paid the advance. This was mere cheating. If FAB wishes customer relationship let someone from FAB call me and I shall explain the difficulties I had. I am thinking of writing in social media about FAB Hotel's treatment

Location is good. Near to all local stations.

Basic things like shampoo, tea bags are not there

The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff were extremely courteous and always ready to help with any requests. They really made my stay wonderful !!

Nice clean comfortable hotel

breakfast spread was alright, but, dosa and medu wada was just ordinary.We went for dinner too. Dish quantity was sumptuous. it was a little spicy, but i understand, masses need it. overall good.

Worst property ever visited. The owner demanded extra money for the 2nd day.We did not gave extra money and were asked to vacate.

The rooms stinked, building is too old, don’t trust the images.

Reception staff were very good and helped a lot

Housekeeping was very bad. Rooms were not clean and they gave room without cleaning. The room was very bad. They need to seriously look into the housekeeping maintenance. Rest all was good

I never got to stay there..They canceled my booking and raised the price and asked 3 times the price if i want the room.

Break fast was not up to the mark. Not much choices are available.The booking .com site says Airport shuttle is available and it is free. After booking my stay I sent a mail to hotel asking the details of airport shuttle pick up. The query was not answered and I had to hire Uber for coming and going from airport. Staff also has no Idea about any airport shuttle which is free as advertised!!

Pathetic service. I had booked my stay with breakfast and dinner included, but the experience was extremely disappointing. - On Day 1, I was served a low-quality tiffin for dinner, which was unacceptable for a paid package. - On Day 2, despite waiting until 9:30 PM, I was informed that dinner wouldn’t be provided and was advised to order from Swiggy or Zomato on my own. Such service is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the standards FabHotels claims to maintain. This property needs urgent attention and reconsideration.

There is nothing good about this property.

The worst hotel I have stayed so far.Pathetic rooms and stinking linens.Please don’t fall into this trap.Photos what they share on the website are deceiving.The management is really irresponsible for what they are promising on the website through fab hotel.They were undergoing complete maintenance of the property and didn’t provide information of their maintenance well before the stay.The entire room and alleyways were smelling of raw paint and was filled with fumes of thinners.I had booked for 5 days and had to settle with this paint and thinner smell for the entire 5 days.I was stuck with this hotel and couldn’t move out, as the management had taken the entire amount for 5 days initially itself.I literally had to stay out from the hotel because of this strong toxic smell of paints and used to come to hotel only for sleeping at night.If there was option for zero stars then I would have opted for it.I expect fab hotels to look into this matter and provide compensation.

Nothing . Rooms are dull . Their wall paper is coming out . Rooms with leakages . Beds are horrible

Hotel near station easy to visit on main road

I'm sorry to say that I didn't like anything about this property.

Each room had two small Hamam soaps for toiletries, and rooms were left uncleaned while blankets were damaged.The breakfast food is obtained from local restaurants, but unfortunately, it does not meet hygiene standards.

Stay was pleasant

Wasn't impressed with bed linen and blanket bathroom could be much more cleaner the whole toilet unit could do with thorough clean along with the wash basin.

The hotel is near to the APMC market. An auto stand is next to the hotel, which is convenient for commuting. I did not have breakast (the hotel also did not ask) hence cannot comment on it. There is no restaurant either in the hotel or nearby, so thats is bother. Rooms were decent and the bathroom has a geyser, so hot water is not an issue.I would say the hotel is good for individual or business traveller, but not for family.

Location is closed to turbhe railway station, all other requirements like food breakfasts groceries are easily available online or offline.

Should clean room floor with little more serious Ness and efforts..
