Rooms are good and clean and staff is very helpful

The location was decent

The place is really not worth the price. The rooms are too small with no ventilation. I stayed for 5 nights and there was not even a single room service/cleaning. The room lacked basic amenities like soap, towels etc. The AC was poorly functional. The staff beahvior was rough. The staff were very noisy fighting with each other loudly without caring about the disturbance they are causing the guests staying there. Worst stay ever. Please, unlist this from Booking.com

I like nothing about this hotel , i would prefer to sleep on the roads rather than this hotel

Worst ever hotel in my life. No proper staff. They mention breakfast included but there is no place to sit and have breakfast. No proper wifi. If you have online work you can't work wifi is so weak. There are insects in the hotel. I found a cockroach in the wash room. I would suggest fab company to discontinue with this bullshit hotel they are spoiling your reputation

Rooms are good and clean, Location is near filmcity, Saif is very friendly and helpful

Location

Cooped up rooms. Dirty linen

The rooms and linens were not upto the mark.It was bit too congested. It was very smelly(smells of cigarette smoke).Breakfast was not good

Nothing was bad , Good hotel

The place is at a quiet location..subtle and service was good supportive staff.

The price is to high for the place..room is small but adjustable

Rooms , Location and staff are very helpful

ROOMS IS GOOD , STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL SAIF IS VERY HELPFUL AND KIND

Rooms are Good but Small, Area is good and quite place

Good location Mr Saif reception is very help full man every time avelblae fully spoting man

Food owassam also break fast

Nice sty good service good staff very humble parsion all me saif is very good man and very help full

The location of the hotel was good. Staff was also very comfortable to interact with and provided quick help. The washroom was quite big and exceeded my expectations.

The size of the room was too small with a double bed taking up 80 percent of the space. I had to keep my suitcase on one side of the bed.

Rooms were horrible and a torture to stay in. Linens were very dirty. Beddings were dirty covered with seamen as the property hires their room for sex trafficking, Room attendants quarrel amongst each other the whole night making it impossible for the guests to stay. Everyone at the property wants to make sure that the customer does not survive this room for the next night after he has paid in full for more number of days.

There was nothing to like. Dirty rooms, uncleaned and unhygienic bed sheets, linen, towel, dirty floor, dirty lightings and wires with mosquitoes and flies all around. Horrible nightmare in Mhada Andheri street,

This was the worst experience

Bad maintenance, noise through out the noise, rooms not as depicted. Asked for triple sharing was given a mattress on the floor. Extremely bad experience
