Hotel Metropole Inn

Good location, close to the Metro Station and the highway. The airport was also within a 10 minute drive.

The hotel was somewhat dated, but I would not mind staying here again.

Room and facilities same not in which is show booking .com site. It's a very small room, and not clean .outside toomuch noiand bad smell. Please don't recommend thease type of business.

Not worth of this price ,normal lodge or low class hotel.

Not able to get car arranged to airport in the morning when we were told in evening it can be arranged . Had to arrange our own uber

The value for money. The amount they took was way more than the place and facilities provided, The location was worst just infront of a metro station and it was very conjusted and smelling outside the hotel, highly disappointed by the cost and the facilities.

When I asked to cancel. The hotel completed the formalities right away. There was no fuss or issue in the procedure.

The facilities and utilities provided were subpar and the room made me feel claustrophobic. I changed hotels because of this.

The staffs were not friendly and rude. And when I tried to take my friends (guys) and they said guest were not allowed. Well the property didn’t mention about the guest entry in their policies when I asked the receptionist about that and they are asking me to contact the booking.com. I don’t recommend this place.

The staff, reception are very helpful and polite. Always willing to help.It’s a small property but really good value for money, very clean and good service and located close to the airport

The location of the hotel is fantastic and very convenient for every means. You get good food just the opposite of the hotel. There are many other options for good food and transportation is very easy and convenient.The ambience is very good and the breakfast as well. Not too many options for breakfast though. Overall you get everything that you need. From daily necessary items to grocery and from good food to Liquor. And there are many options for transportation.

The service of the hotel staff was unacceptable. I ordered food from swiggy which was already paid. The delivery guy left the delivery at the front desk and I got the call from the front desk of the hotel staff stating that the food you ordered is delivered at the hotel's front desk. When I asked them politely to please send the bell with the food delivery to the room, they refused very straight forward saying that it's the hotel's policy not to deliver food. I mean seriously. We are paying for the service so atleast this is the least that could be done. They don't have in room dining. Plus they don't even provide bell boys to make the penny things done. Today I had a check out so I had the breakfast included. In the morning while having breakfast I asked the waiter to please provide me a bread along with the butter spread on it. He straight away refused that sir the butter is on the table please do it yourself. I mean this not the hospital one expects from a good hotel. Please due take care of this.

Location and professionalism of the staff. They also hold small luggages if you have a flight after checkout

Everything met my expectations

We stayed one night in between flights. Very convenient to access Terminal 2 . The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet (we were on the top floor) , well sized with a comfortable bed , table with 2 chairs , kettle /tea and coffee , bar fridge, complementary water. Shower area was a bit cramped. The air conditioning was excellent.The hotel , however, is located right on a very busy road and touching the metro station entrance. Can get very busy and tricky to access by car at peak times. The Indian breakfast was tasty. There is no on site restaurant - though they are a number around.

To far from the city, near airport. To small room whit very loud AC

Dusty roomCan't understand why we pay 3+ thousand for a night and they can't spend Rs100 per room per week to get a housekeeper to dust it ? Dust near window, bed, curtsin, thick layer. Just need half bucket water, cloth, ladder and 1 hour for a room this size. Many nale staff but they need to be trained and given time todo this? Do other travellers not mind extra avoidable dust?

I was disappointed with my experience at the hotel, particularly with the lack of privacy and the service quality, which does not meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. The room lacked adequate privacy, which was concerning. Additionally, the quality of the food was below standard. An incident at breakfast further dampened my experience; after finishing my meal, I requested tea and was informed of a 30-minute wait. However, I observed that a local guest received their tea almost immediately after requesting it. When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was simply told that the tea had just become available. This unequal treatment felt unfair and impacted my stay negatively

Good value for money spent. Friendly / accommodating front desk staff. Clean \ comfortable room. Refrigerator in room….nice. Complimentary breakfast each morning was very nice. Several hot choices, fresh fruit, juices and freshly brewed CHAI TEA!!!

Wi-Fi was intermittent at best. Many issues logging in. Had to resort to sitting in the lobby a few times to access Wi-Fi.

Location

Very dirty hotel. If you walk in room without slippers your feet will turn black from the dirt on floor. Toilet smells of gutter.
