The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes it convenient. The Receptionist was helpful in arranging for a taxi to take us to the airport. As we arrived late in the evening, we appreciated the hotel having a restaurant, albeit a small one with a limited menu.

Tv not working, AC issue, room ambience was not good. Water connection issues etc. overall underwhelming experience.

Room wasn't stocked with items like sufficient towels, toilet paper etc. Also the safe didn't work. These issues were raised with the staff and all was rectified quickly and efficiently. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout

Just the security guard. He was the best who was smiling every time.

The only better thing in leafio is the TV entertainment it has English channels and that's a good sign no other hotels do

We had a decent stay at Leafiyo Marigold Hotel in Mumbai. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, making our visit enjoyable. Very convenient for those visiting IIT Bombay. A pleasant experience overall!

Bed quality and bathroom was not very clean . Seems old with walls having watermarks.

Average hotel, nothing outstanding but a comfortable bed a working TV and a coffee machine.

Poor wifi connection, staff invited us for a coffee that we ended up getting charged for.The area is not the best

It was horrible

I didn't like the rules (which I call service) of the hotel, like I was told that every time I need to use hot water I had to request them to switch the geyser on but they lied every time I requested for it. Sometimes they said it was solar run machine so it takes time to make it hot, sometimes they said the maintenance was going on, sometimes they said it was functional from that moment but immediate after I did not get the service. Secondly, They said that for few amenities I need to request them, which is absurd. Third, the safety lock was not functional, even after requesting them they did not come to fix it or care to change it.

I don't like anything . ? need to change more things... most important thing staff need to change .

I booked my room 3rd to 4th of Feb. Who's guy did nitht shift in receptionist. I told them and also I tell afternoon staff my patner come to pick up me morning 5 o clock. Then morning my partner is came and he charged 1000 rupees. Why because he want to just come In my room . 1st hotel I seen not provide plates , other things .. because I order food by zomoto . I called I need palts they guy said me who doing night shift if you need ? plates you need to pay 100 Rupees. . Even I stayed many hotels but I never ever listen this things. Who is manager please impove this things . But I give you promise I never come again . I tell to everyone to not come there in future. Thank you .
