It was wonderful experience in this hotel. Rooms are neat & clean hygienic .. Staff are friendly .. It will be enclosed to b.k.c corporate office, us consultant , jio world center, jio garden , tata memorial hospital, sion hospital, markets ... Thank u so much ... ,

It is near by US embassy.

the location nearby is very unhygenic and dirty. I dont recommend to stay at this hotel. The service sometimes are active otherwise they are very slow and inactive. As per price of room it is expensive according to the service. Overall not good to stay.

We checked out at different time.They kindly accepted our request.

I booked and paid for a Deluxe Triple Room for three people but they provided a room with one queen bed.The US consulate is not in feet distance as per their description .9-10 min drive from the hotel.

The guy who is at the reception was very rude I have booked the hotel while booking I made the request for early Check in and they approved too and when I went there he was like you have to wait till 11 or otherwise find some other hotel . I don’t remember his name but he was from Kerala

Breakfast is satisfactory but the environment is not at all good.

The atmosphere and not proper response by the staff members.

Nothing felt desirable.

1. Room was too small which was projected too big in the website. Also, room was dirty.2. Receipt provided the website is entirely different from the one shown by the hotel management, both in terms of money and room size and other conditions.3. Charged exorbitantly extra money than shown in the receipt.4. Very smaller walking area and smelled very bad.5. Breakfast provided by the hotel was too little for an adult to consume.

Staff was good. Every basic amenity was provided including AC.

There was smell of smoking cigarettes. But when I asked the staff about it they cleaned everything and used some room freshner to get rid of smell.

Worst experience ever.

Very poor service and rather rude behaviour by staff. They delayed check out for half an hour , leading to almost missing the flight. Most importantly they charged us Rs150 more for room rent.
