Townhouse Andheri Sakinaka Metro Formerly Hotel Amour

For this type of small, inexpensive hotel in Mumbai's airport area, the place is very clean. The room had fresh paint, clean bathroom and bedding. I was only there about 5 hours to catch a flight, and it was very suitable. The staff was helpful. They serve food from their own kitchen, though there is no dining room, it is only room service. The food I had was good.

The location is a busy, noisy, congested area. It is near the Holdiay Inn hotel and very near the international airport terminal, which is good, but otherwise the street is not nice. The sign outside and also the listing in Google maps and in Uber is "AMOUR" hotel. The new name does not show up.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location.it isNear saki naka metro station and airport tarminal 1 as well.yes, room was also clean but it's packed and alsoThe size is compact.the price I paid was not worth the experience.

I recently stayed at your hotel for the second time, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor behavior of the reception staff. On both occasions, I found the receptionist to be rude and lacking in basic customer service skills. I witnessed him treating other customers with the same disrespect.Furthermore, during my latest stay, I was disturbed by the noise from the kitchen staff at 12:30 am. They were shouting and running around, making it difficult for me to sleep.I hope you will take my feedback seriously and consider retraining or replacing the reception staff. Additionally, please remind your kitchen staff to maintain a respectful noise level, especially during late hours.

Never again

The sheets weren't changed during the stay. Sometimes there was a small towel and sometimes not.The shower sprayed water everywhere.The water in the bath room didn't drain.There was mold on the pillows, mattress, walls, ceiling and everywhere I looked.There was a hole in the corner of the roof that leaked water every now and then.The headboard of the bed was repaired with packing tape.And finally one of my cellphones was stolen from my room.

Staff member Arbaz was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely helpful.

Nothing at all.. very clumsy and stinky moslty moisture smell with zero ventilation. As per booking, it was a triple room with breakfast but got nothing we single bed and bed conditions were also pathetic. It is not recommended to stay there at all. Pls be aware of what promised delivered Zero.

Clean sheets and bathroom. Staff took very good care of us. Breakfast was complementary and was lovely. Very close to other eating amenities.

The air conditioner did wet the floor a little. Room did not have see through windows, a little claustrophobic. TV was not going, we did some adjustment and started going.

A few days before checking in i was informed that the hotel is changed to another from this chain - Heritage.Noisy all the night outside the hotel and also inside- you hear all movements and talks on the corridor perfectly.Extra charge for earlier check in - 500 rupees per room. Extra charge of 200 rupees per person for some paper for police.

Staff had rude attitude, the room including bedsheets was smelly and unclean.A/C was not working well.

It was easy to get to terminal 2 from this hotel, just 15 minute taxi ride or two metro stops. The room was clean and quiet at night, even though the hotel is just one block away from a major avenue, and a metro station. Service at the front desk was friendly and the room has a desk which I found to be very useful. Wifi worked well.

There are no windows in the room. And no common areas either. You get breakfast brought to your room. But that seems to be the norm for hotels of this price range near the Mumbai airport. Also, the room did not come with toilet paper. I asked for it at the front desk, the guy at the front desk said he would get me some toilet paper, but never did that. I stayed for 2 nights and the toilet paper situation was not resolved. The neighborhood around the hotel is noisy and chaotic, so be prepared for that.

It was very dirty. I left after 10 minutes. It smelled like sewer and there were insectes everywhere. They didn’t refund the price. It was a fraud. Please don’t go there.

AC looked very old. Pungent smell of the furniture.

It’s fantastic clean hotel to stay. Close to all the basic needs and airport. Staff are friendly and kind. Very satisfying worth for money. I stayed many times in this hotel on break journeys. They are the best staff and no disturbance at all.
