I didnt get my bill from anywhere, Hotel is saying Oyo will give and Oyo is saying u need to add your mail ID on Oyo platform, why should I do this, if I have paid then eligible for tax invoice, disappointed by Booking.com rather than Hotel property

Staff was arrogant at checkin at 3am arguing about low tariff rate telling to contact booking.com asking to pay 900 extra for it.Room was untidy and the roof was leaking all over the early morning due to rains room no.1112Very bad experience

Got bed for sleeping.

Mostly everything. Firstly worst location, room ans no windows so zero ventilation, Cockroach everywhere, washroom not clean and stinky, food wasn't allowed from outside and their food was really bad yuk . And for what I was charged it was really bad experience whole together.

Very poorly maintained with rats inside the room, it was bad smell in the bed and not bed sheets were not even washed, when we requested for alternate room, hotel staff was very rude saying no rooms and we can leave incase if we don't like. Entire night my kids didn't sleep fearing for rats running inside the room..very pathetic and please don't tie up with such hotels and lose clients

They asked me for extra 18% payment for online transaction which is completely illigal. Rooms are very dirty, they not even provide any kind of towels, toiletries in the room not even a bottle of water. Simply disgusting.

The hotel room was not the same which i booked for, and the room was also not clean at all the bedsheets were very dirty and room was full of mosquitoes In the washroom the flush was not working i asked them to change the room then they said hotel is already full I paid the full amount and when i asked them to can el the booking because of the very bad room condition is they refused for the same I request you to please refund me the amount which i paid because it was not at all worth it paying so much for the hotel Please respond for the same i expect some fair support from you side

The hotel is at good location, only 10 minutes walk from Mumbai airport. The staff behaviour is very good

Not cleaned room. Mosquito were there, i couldn't sleep properly due to mosquito. Also bed cover was not clean, pilow cover not clean

I did not like the property at all because they were racist and they dont allow foreigners to stay in their hotel.

The environment was very dirty and its not healthy for anyone to visit or sleep there.

the phone was not working, there was no clean towel, very small room, dirty pillow, no dental kit nothing was good about the hotel

The location is excellent for air travelers. Staff is very coordial

The cleanliness, the bed sheets, pillow covers were not clean. Bed springs troubled me during sleep. Hot water supply was an issue. WiFi is there, but the interior is so cozy that closing room door there won't be any network. Room size is very very small. Keeping luggage barely any space in the room.

Super kind staff helped me to get a taxi for going to airport in rush hour when it was very difficulty to get one. Nice and kind crew.

Hotels room in very bad condition. It's room's kundi is damaged. So it is very dangerous to stay a girl there. Shower don't work. Cleanliness is nil. Bathroom is in very bad condition.

There was no dustbin in the room, tissue papers were missing, water flow in washbasin was slow
