Poor

The 2 rooms booked were clubbed into a dormitory and when the guests refused, the hotel asked to cancel a non-refundable booking. This happened on the day of the checkin. This is too much. and the receptionist argues over phone and says you can get lots of hotels around.

The day of the checkin the receptionist calls up from the hotel to inform that he is going to club 2 rooms to a dormitory and would charge for the same. and When 1 room guests wanted to cancel the stay the hotel asks us to cancel a non refundable booking at the last moment. This is unfair that we pay a 5 bed dormitory price for 3 people when we did not book a dormitory in the 1st place.

Untidy, booked room not provided, exhaust not working, poor water supply, not cooperative on complain

We don't order anything. So can't. Comment. The location of the hotel is prime. But street was too Narrow leading to the hotel. Taxi can't enter through that small lane.

The room size is too small- even in city like Mumbai . There was just one feet space between the bed and the sides

I like the way staff is tackling the customers.The manager of the hotel is so soft and really kind hearted, Guides well if you need any assistance out of his scope really helps a lot...

Very small room. Hotel location is a serious issue. Its located at pure non hygienic place. Poor facilities.Room were nt comfortable according to price.Not worthy. There are many good hotels at such price of Rs 2000 per night near by this place with good location and facilities.

Rooms are pretty small,but its value for money,it's centrally located,all the markets are nearby.above all the staff is really helpful,especially the reception staff.

Location is difficult to reach, during evening we couldn get there by taxi the traffic was closed. We almost lost our train and walked by ourself 3 km. Rooms has no window.

The hotel was clean and staff was polite and very helpful. We were a group of three girls, we felt safe. Everyone was friendly and respectful. It is the best and most affordable stay in Mumbai.
