Super Collection O Asalpha near International Airport

It was a good stay at super collection o asalpha near international airport. The staff of the hotel was very helpful. The location is also good.

Bad

They don't accept foreigners. Naturally, no one will warn you about this, and at best, you'll find out if you ask in advance via WhatsApp; at worst, only upon arrival. Irresponsible attitude.

It was a good stay at super collection asalpha near international airport. The location was good and it near to airport. The hotel staff was very corporateev and helpful. I like the stay in this hotel.

The hotel had a different name then on the booking. When I showed my confirmed booking, they told me that they only accept Indian guests. Luckily I good stay, but didn't feel comfortable at all. The airco was on 18 degrees and they couldn't switch it off. The accommodation is located at a busy road and for sure they are not used to tourist.

Room is so good, clean and service is excellent. Breakfast good.

Office staff is very irresponsible and room is dirty also...there is foam in bucket in bathroom thats very uncomfortable...there is no towel and soap provided in bathroom and also customer care is irresponsive of my demands for atleast towel and soap....there are dirty bedsheets also....weird and ridiculous experience....i would have been rated 0 but theres no option for that....not recommended at all

It was nice experience all staffs & manager are good rooms are well maintained n foods taste is also good

First thing i want to share is hotel interface is good and staff is very kind and treat respectful or helpful other thing is room service is great so all over thing

Breakfast spread was good. Rooms were clean and spacious

Away from the city’s chaos, the hotel’s serene ambiance and green surroundings made our stay refreshing and peaceful.

Comfortable clean hotel in a good location with efficient and polite staff. Staff very polite and helpful and rooms comfortable

Good hotel with best view, clean rooms, very friendly front desk staff.

Hello I'm book the hotel room in booking.com but hotel staff is denyThen hotel staff took the extra money to book rooms.and room was very dirty washroom is already another person is using bad linen also using bedsite table lamp is fuse. AC is not working. Staff Behaviour not good

There was nothing to like genuinely

Room size was small and not clean at all. Staff were not at all helpful and the price was not all justified.

???

We were written a few hours earlier from the hotel that our visit is expected. When we got to the hotel (ca 12.00), we were told that they could not accommodate foreigners and we would have to find another hotel.

The food was good. Staff was cooperative. We had trouble with Oyo not coordinating well with the hotel about availability of rooms. .OYO should improve this.

The bed sheets weren't clean and there was an annoying phone fixed next to room for house keeping. .it rang Once in every 15 min. I wanted to smash that phone. .
