Location is very odd, near slum area, old property, cleanliness of washroom, wc was dirty, no water for flashing in the morning.billing could not be done through card

Breakfast mentioned was continental but apart from vegetarian only additional non veg item was eggs

stay was okay, not great. location was good. There was water leakage in the room.

Rooms were neat and clean but damp a bit.

Location was very bad. Property needs a change of assets. Beds...tables....fittings in bathrooms all outdated. Bed spring was almost gone.

They overcharged me during the booking.. Still not refunded... Room smelt.. Photos misleading... Not a 3 star bit 1 star hotel... Did not stay booked into another hotel.. Mosquitos everywhere... Booked remotely.. Came to hotel still took copies of documents and then asked for them again after 2 hours as they were not copied properly. Refused to hand over my documents and checked out.

.It was our Marriage day and we took this room for my Wife to get ready as it was the closest to our hall and rest of the other properties were sold out.We had booked a day prior to check in early which we did. We both reached there around 11 am.Amidst getting ready, while the Make up artist was working and all our clothes including the bridesmaid's clothes were kept in the corner on the chairs the ceiling above started leaking or I should say flooding.We immediately called reception. The first response we got was, "move your clothes if it's leaking"Then a person came down and looked at the leak and didn't even bother to help us move things.I went to the reception to speak to the person and the lady receptionist literally was so arrogant and casual mentioned, ya it's leaking because there is some work going on. She didn't want to come and check it nor did she want to offer us a room move. It was when I mentioned to her that you should atheist move us is when she thought about it and offered a move.After we had almost moved 75% of our make up, clothes, camera equipment etc is when the hotel bothered to send someone to assist us.In the middle of this leakage when all of us were in a panic, the room service personnel wanted us to sign on a check and close the order for a sweetlime juice that was placed earlier.Room service took atleast 45 Mims to come through.I had mentioned to the lady receptionist that we won't be paying for the second night due (which may be a bit too much from my end) however I still expect them to compensate for to the damage (wet clothes, camera equipment) her response was, "this isn't fair that you won't pay for the night just because there is a leakage in your room and your clothes and equipment is damaged" to which I mentioned I don't think you could give me a solution however I'd like to speak to someone who can.

The next day I came to check out and mentioned to the guy with the specs of the whole ordeal who was least interested in even offering a compensation. You know what they did for me, they took out 180 rupees from the in room dining bill for a flood. When I say flood I mean it. It was like 26th July in the room with water where your feet would dip into. I myself being a hotelier would actually hold back from writing such huge reviews but these guys deserve it. They lack empathy, sympathy and sense of ownership for anything. Especially the lady who doesn't give two cents of what's happening. No urgency in resolving anything WASTE OF MONEY, TIME, PATIENCE, ENERGY AND WIFI WHEN IT CAME TO BOOKING THIS HOTEL AND YES WASTE OF BREATH WHILE DEALING WITH THEIR SUPERB STAFF. I unfortunately can't upload a video as the site doesn't allow.

Breakfast was nice with verities, food taste was nice too.

Cleanliness was not upto the mark, bit disappointed. There was only one bottle of water given wherein there were two adults.

I can write a book. Half the menu not available to order. Customer care staff are liars and of zero help particularly Ritika from customer support.Sandeep from the front desk who was on night duty talks to the guests as if he owns the place.Location is horrible.Was getting the same price at a much better hotel and location.

More options can be looked for breakfast. Location was very good. Staff was great and friendly.

The staff and directors behaviour, not ethical ( regarding extra payments taken by them from us and locked the door for 30 minutes at the time of check out) our booking online and there computer price are bigger different like 1400/-

Nothing really good at this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and it’s the worst hotel I have ever been in. The tv didn’t work on the first day and I had to call the reception 5 times to get it fixed the next day morning. No Wi-Fi password was given when I checked in and had to call multiple times for that also. Sandeep in reception is the rudest person with anger issues, he doesn’t know how to talk to the guests and behaves like a roadside thug. I forgot my keys in a locker at gokarting place the day before I was gonna checkout and realized when I reached the hotel around 2 am, the manager said there’s no way I can get into the room without the original key, even after saying my friend will get the keys tomorrow morning even if I checkout. He made me request him for me to use a spare key for that night and said that lost key costs 5000 Rs and I’ll have to deposit that amount first and then get the original key. When I told my friends about the situation who lives in Mumbai came at that night and asked the manager how could a key cost 5000 Rs when the room itself per night doesn’t cost that much and we asked him did I sign anything that if I lose a key I’ll have to pay 5000 so he took out a form which I signed and it says 1000 Rs has to be paid for a lost key. When we said how can a manager not know how much is to be paid for a lost key and how unfair it is to charge people 5 times the original amount, he got so angry and started abusing me personally and also said all the staff is complaining about me. Maybe coz I was asking for the services which were promised to me?Like TV, Wi-Fi and minimum respect towards the guests? That manager was very rude when we pointed out his crime of trying to get 5000 Rs for a key, that’s how most of the staff in the hotel are, they are unprofessional. I opted to stay in the hotel because of the name and looks like not all of the branches have same service. Avoid this and stay at a 1 star hotel you might get better service and definitely at a cheaper price.

Well sized rooms. Value for money. Staff is very good.

Breakfast was quite ok. AC didn't work but they shifted us in a new room. Facilities need improvement.
