The bed and staff .

Too noisy as they have 2-3 bars and discos ground floor and won't allow let the guest to catch sleep before 2AM . However , the front desk shifted my room to higher floor . Inside room it is good size , clean .Too tiny so called lobby . Not same as in the picture . Camera skill .

The breakfast quality was low. Poor offer. Buns were stale and hard, even after asking for fresh ones

Lovation

A bit congested in the lobby and lot of disturbance at night from neighbouring rooms as they were shouting and having party. The hotel did not do anything

The rooms are clean and the in-house restaurant is good. Also the place is situated right beside the terminal 2. So hardly 10 mins by Uber even in peak traffic.

Very expensive. We paid 10k for one night which seems to be a little overpriced.

The location is extremely convenient if you want to reach the airport without getting stuck in traffic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The nearby metro station was very useful for travelling in that area (since the metro network is still very limited).

The staff was not at all helpful. If I asked for ordering a taxi, the price quoted was 4 times (!) what I could get myself outside on the street. I never saw any of the staff member smile or take any interest in my needs. It is a busy and noisy location for those very sensitive to noise (nightclubs in the adjacent building and in the basement). No restaurants or street food in the neighborhood. Value for money was "very less".

Overpriced hotel, small room, low sealing roof in room...Full Fridge with beer bottle and drink with over price tag....you can't put your own drink or stuff.

Like the bed, comfortable, soft, hone feeling.

Cleaning of bathroom very poor. Shower and toilet not cleaned properly

I booked for twin occupancy and they did not allow my partner as well not adjusted the traffic even after requesting booking.com. don’t expect any help from booking.com.

The bed was the worst. I had to sleep on the floor because my back was paining like hell on that stupid bed.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast

Hotel was close to the airport and made it convenient to travel. The taxi availability and service from the location is good and reliable. The food from the In-Room Dining was good and tasty. Did not take complementary breakfast as I had a very early departure.

I was staying in room 503. The wash basin was clogged with water and did no drain. The lighting in the bathroom was not enough and there was lose connection with light in the mirror for shaving. The telephone in the room would not connect to the house keeping when I wanted to report these concerns and had to route my calls through the reception.Wifi was pretty slow, even basic weblinks like HDFC, Kotak Trading platforms took long to load up. Hence used my phone hotspot.

If you are a party lover or bored from work or u have work nearby this property than this property is perfect for people who come for work or meeting outside of mumbai or staying for leisure than book your stay at this property it’s has beautiful lounge and club, coffee shop in this property you won’t get bored at this property and location is vry good everything is nearby this property 5 min from property is airport, 1min from property is metro station, 5min distance 7hills hospital and 5min distance cinema hall everything is nearby if u are corporate person and have meetings nearby this property and u are party lover but u don’t get time for party bec of travelling and looking for stay than just book this property without any hesitation trust me after meeting people get tired and need time to chill when u will come back to property there is club name rodeo drive good music decent crowd your mind will get refreshed.

Room is very good with nice ambiance and very neatly arranged things. room is very well cleaned. Humble staff and this hotel is nicely located near airport.

The beauty of this hotel would be the proximity to airport which is hardly a 5 minute drive and two amazing nightclubs within the hotel with really good live music bands..!! These were the highlights of my stay here. shout out to Ashok, Nishant, Sam, Divyansh (from the front desk and The stables club) and the ladies from breakfast buffet and room service for spot on hospitality..!!

Two things, I wish they expand the front desk and lobby area. it’s too crammed up. And second would be the painful check out which took lot of time and I almost missed my flight.

The location and room is good

Good room size

Toilet was not clean when I cheked in.There is a bar & reataurent just below the hotel and it was too noisy till 12 midnight to sleep. In spite of requesting reception 4-5 times, the sound was not at all lowered. It was so noisy that I totally repent to have booked room in this hotel. Beware if you get lower floor room.. its hell ! ( mine was on second floor)
