Everything. AC was not working at all. they have changed the room but its was not working. Very hot rooms. they havent provided even the table fan when requested since AC was not working

AC's of rooms weren't working. After raising complaint, It didn't got resolved by the technicians. I booked 2 rooms & Both rooms AC's were not working. Staff were careless regarding the complaint raised.At the time of checkout, Asked manager about feedback form, But there was no provision of the same.

Breakfast is ok. Location is ok. Internet was good

Room was very small. No windows at all, like in prison. If you carry several suitcases, no place to keep it and open. No place to access to bed. Bed sheets are dirty, even when they are just set. For towels you have to remind staff to bring every time. Only two plug places, one of them just beside your head.

I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2017, and it has consistently been a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the airport and close to the Sakinaka Metro Station. The staff here are always welcoming, courteous, and attentive, and this visit was no exception. I’d like to give a special mention to Nishant, the front office executive, for his exceptional service and helpfulness. The breakfast is also a highlight — while the variety is limited, everything offered is absolutely delicious and well-prepared. I always look forward to my stays here!

Wish i could give a negative rating. Nothing, not a single thing is likable about this hotel. Not even fit to be used as an OYO room. Most notable was booking.com's response to all of this. They weren't concerned at all, although hotel was falsely advertised on their own website

Room sheets and comforter cover not changed, had semen stains on it. Tiniest room, wall dirty with stains. Room advertised with windows in photos but not a single window. Hotel staff are cheaters, didn't inform us room without breakfast until AFTER we had breakfast so that they can charge us whatever price they want.

Hotel staff were moving tables and chairs at 1.30 am in the middle of the night. They did not stop even after multiple complaints; later, they moved me to a different room at 2 am.Their Superior room is 10×5 ft, claustrophobic space.No kettles in the room.The room was clean, but walking through the common area and the lift in the night was awful, all grimy with food waste from the party

Room space is very small and narrow. Service desk is completely incompetent as how to entertain Guests. Room service is completely not available. Guest area is very small. It looked as if we entered in Haldiram where you have to take care yourself. Staff is not cooperative and this annoyed me a lot.

Extremely Small Room with Uncomfortable bed. I am having Neck pain since visit. Lack of ventilation No Fan No window. Network was weak. Had to ask for Towels repeatedly. There is no Food service or Restaurant in Hotel you will have to rely on Food Services apps. Breakfast was fine opt for breakfast only if you are getting it as complimentary.

The hotel was immaculate, staff was helpful.

The room was tiny, and I could not find space to keep luggage and no wardrobe. I can say it is expensive at this price.

Close to the airport. Just 10 mnts even in traffic. Lots of food shops near. Sakinaka MRT is about 300 away. Good upscale restaurants are also.near by (500m). Lots of taxis around and can negotiate. ACs work perfectly. Clean room. Clean bed and pillows.

Breakfast is Idli/gravey, + toast bread/butter, corn flakes but two days the milk was not there. Then omlet. All same everyday. Not much choice to watch on TV. Mostly local channels. When they change/clean the room, they always took the old towel and forgot to put a new towel. So I endes up asking for the towel every day.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and always to order. Any small glitches, the staff takes care of it promptly. The location is fabulous and right next to Tech Parks and other commercial establishments making it ideal for night stays during weekly visits for both Salaried folks and Business visitors. There is a Ganpati mandir in the campus of the hotel which is great for those who believe in Lord Ganesha. One can take brisk walks within the campus itself making it more convenient for people who need some exercise. There are good restaurants closeby serving decent food options. This is by far the best option to stay if one is visiting in Saki Naka and near it. Other hotel options were close to disgusting in spite of equal or high tariffs. The price is just about right and sometimes slightly more expensive for this hotel. Shampoo and body wash is complimentary and there is a 24*7 hot water shower facility.

I have stayed in 7-8 different rooms here being a weekly visitor. The ACs need some maintenance in some rooms. They leak water sometimes when we start them. Do not stand directly in front of them if you start the AC. The rooms are very small. Superior rooms do not have windows. Deluxe rooms have windows but not much of a view. No fans, once needs to only use the AC for ventilation and air circulation. This property does not have its own restaurant. It only serves a small buffet breakfast with limited options from 7 AM to 10 AM. Its decent fare but the south indian fare can be better. There is absolutely no room service. The corridors, stairs and lift floors need renovation. The wear and tear is visible. However, no doubt that this is among the more better and decent options in Saki Naka to stay in the nights close to SN junction.

The room size is small but it's comfortable for business travelers, i faced Wi-Fi issues during my stay , breakfast was good They have iron and ironing board in a common area , but suggest if they can provide in the room on request..

Owasi and another receiption guy (don't recollect his name) was really helpful, also the guy in night shift was helpful, helped me in getting the cutlery delivered to my room. Room was clean however 2 adjoining beds are still a concern for me, compact room and rest overall experience was good.

Vinay the receptionist was extremely non co-operative. He would not let us check in , he was hostile and extremely unfriendly.Even though we had paid and also given the ids, he would still not let us check in. Then he asked us to may 1000 rs more than what was shown on booking.com and when we pointed that to him twice he repeated the same and then when we said we would complain he said that we heard ot wrong.The room size is so small that's it's actually claustrophobic. There are no cupboards and absolutely no place to move and no windows. We asked for the manager, the receptions Vinay said the manager would meet us in the morning and the owners were in Dubai. In the morning round 10.30 when we asked the receptionist in the morning said that the manager may come and 2 and leave at 4 since there are no timings. Really bad experience and no value for money.

Wouldn’t recommend or visit again.

The bed had twin beds, two different mattreses.We had called them before hand to give us 1 double bed and they agreed to it.After coming to the property they denied saying that they don’t have any rooms with one double bed which is false because we have already stayed there and they do have one double bed.The beds were so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep the whole night it ruined our staycation.Wouldn’t recommend ever.
