AC cooling was perfect

Property is a very old property far away from the main city . Maintained but not very well.Washroom had foul smell, High prices compared to the quality of the property

We are not keen on buffet breakfast as sometimes items are not as warm/hot as we like. We used order from live counter and it was very nice

Nothing in my opinion.

The staff have no sense of hospitality or a good attitude to service. Rooms are small and lack freshness from cleaning. Very poor quality of breakfast and the breakfast service. Hardly any options to choose from, poor quality of fruits.

Everything, staff had 0 etiquette, defined amenities in the room were missing (no blow dryer, bath robes, clothes iron, fridge/mini bar, bathroom mirror without lighting, missing clothes hooks in washroom) . Wifi was limited to 15min followed by paid service.No bell boy to help with luggage, no guidance for car parking. Very dull attitude of hotel staff. Room cost was over priced for services rendered.

Limited restaurant opening hours, location - there's really nothing near-by, kids playing area was old and worn-out

It's an ageing hotel that needs a freshen up. Bad smells in the corridor and only veg meals.

The breakfast was great for the first few days. Premises was clean and food tasty. However, the menu needs a bit of elevation. Everyday same or similar options were offered and after a few days, it seems a bit monotonous. Our stay was for 2 weeks, and we often opted to miss breakfast.It would be great if more international breakfasts options were added to the menu for variety.

Room was good!!

Staff service was not good!!I called them for water bottle and they didn't send me and when I complain to receptinist they told me that staff has forgotten!I have called them regarding my booking three times but I didnt got proper response from them and I have complain them about this too!!Overall hotel was good but service was too bad..Will be never visiting again here in my lifetime and will be also telling others not to visit!

Large rooms

Hotel is dirty!!! It is feeling, that somebody has lived in your room - dirt is everywhere- on floor, in toilet, in bathroom. Hotel cost quite a lot money especially for India and it isn't good. Don't recommend!

Room was good

Hotel did not allow us for a late check out. We requested to stay up to 4 PM on the last day of our stay instead of 1 PM as our flight was at 7 PM but the hotel stated that they will charge us a half day charge for late check-out.Internationally, most of the hotels allow late check out free of charge.Outside the hotel on the roadside, there is a public garbage collection station which makes walking along the street difficult
