Hotel Karishma Dadar

they gave only 3 slices of bread with one omelet. That is inadequate.

at least 4-5 slices of bread with some butter.

Location for Dadar train station was 5 minutes walk.

The entrance to the hotel was dirty and unkempt. There were no notices to inform where the reception was. The lifts were padlocked during the night and the stairwell had obstructions, so would be unable to escape in an emergency. We were there 4 days and not once was it cleaned, towels changed or bins emptied, rubbish overflowing,why should we have to ask,??? . We needed to ask for a towel and toilet roll.Never had a breakfast. We were informed it would be delivered to the room. It never was in the 4 days we were there.

The location is good, it is at a walking distance from the Dadar rail station.

The room size was extremely small that too with heavy price tag. The hotel is overrated and rooms are overpriced.

the room was small but was clean that was the only good thing . The Tv was working and staff was courteous. The bathroom was clean.

The property on booking.com was listed as having a private parking . Looking at that option i booked the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel i was apprised that there is no parking available, When i spoke to the manager there he said that we dont have parking and you need to park your car on the road. When i asked him why was this listed as parking available on site. He said we will remove that option. i had to cancel my booking after 1 day and look for accomodations elsewhere with my family . This was very hectic and unpleasant experience and the hotel room was crampy. They shoudnt mention the rooms as super deluxe or double room. The Shantidoot hotel i booked by walking in was huge and clean also they had ample parking space. Karsihma hotel was a very very bad experience. It wasnt worth 5240 for one day.

Breakfast was awful. Location was not good as they close the lift on 4th floor. always have to go to 5th floor and then walked down to 4th floor with all the loads

The staff was not courteous. No smile. No welcome. Staff was not keen to help. We were accommodated on 4th floor and when check out in the morning, they asked us to use stairs to bring out luggage on 5th floor. At night, lift was closed on 4th floor. You need to bring all your things on 5th floor, then with all your heavy things, use stairs to go to 5th. Very very bad dervice

Untrained staff. Noisy reception as tv was ON all the time. Staff members were chatting loudly. Room was next to receptionist couldn't sleep well.

Room Size is good. Bath Rooms are clean

Price is too high for the type of Amenities provided. No complementry water bottle provided.

Great place. Location is very good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly, cooperative and helpful. Overall it was a good experience and I will surely visit again on my next visit.

When I book the Hotel I am clearly mention complimentary breakfast but they did not give complimentary breakfast , Also hotel food was not good .
