Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The staff were downright rude and couldn’t care less about guests. Any time we tried to speak to them, they brushed us off like we were interrupting something more important—which apparently was helping their friends connect to the Wi-Fi. They were literally eating food and chatting away with random people right at the front desk while guests were waiting. To top it off, they kept insisting the card machine wasn’t working, but surprise, it went through perfectly fine when we pushed back. Completely unprofessional, no sense of hospitality, and zero respect for guests. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Bad

1. The service was the worst; we asked if we could extend our stay for one night. Even though they had rooms available the staff did not give us confirmation until we booked another hotel and were leaving for that hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights and asked 4-5 times during our stay, but the reception guy was just busy on his phone not bothering to answer.2. Hot water did not work;: we asked the reception guy to check (BTW the phone was not working either, we had to go down to the reception 3times just for this), he sent someone and the guy said he will call the plumber.. when we came back in the night the water was still not fixed. upon asking they made excuse saying the plumber was on vacation.3. cleanliness: when the guy came in our room/bathroom to check the hot water, he had his dirty slippers on... which left dirt marks all over the bathroom and in the room upon his exit.4. Not accommodative at all: these guys would call 4-5 of their friends sitting and joking around at the reception in the night not attending the customers' requests properly

All the cups have broken mark on them, Need to replace the cups. The coffee was very good.

If Cleanliness have been better, the hotel would have been a wow experience, Despite there are enough room maids for cleaning, their standard are very low. There is inconsistency in removing used plates. I asked the room maid when he will remove ithem (placed in front of the lift), he told me that it will be done in the afternoon. Also the staff does not have any training in keeping the place clean. Perfumes should be placed in corridor to remove polluted and stuffy air.

Lovely location, central to my needs and wonderful food and culture around. A stones throw from seafront and top service from staff at the hotel!

Some rooms with no window and enclosed. Cant gauge the time of day and unable to know when the sunrises or sunsets!!

Location is good for access for food and go to town.But only the traffic issue is too much to get out from that area.

Neat and clean and new property and good reasonable food available @ restaurant which is owned by this Hotel.

Central Mumbai is so messy and it’s difficult to find a fine place like this one so clean and modern. The breakfast was amazing and not crowed.

The location is alright but if you are European you may consider to get a hotel closer to Colaba as this hotel is in Central Mumbai. If you are adventurous then you are on the right place

The staff was friendly, they organized an extra bed for our child. House keeping staff was caring all the time, they provided everything we asked for.

Nothing particular. But I killed 2 cockroaches in the room at night, but that did not bother me much. Also a noise from the steet came to the room, but it was ok.

It’s my go to hotel whenever I’m in Mumbai. Well Located and clean! Friendly staffs, they have a restaurant in house so after a long tiring day we prefer to eat there, also we can customise our food according to our taste. Perfect! They also have silent rooms so no noise from the outside. Thanks to everyone at Hotel Orient regency for making us feel at home ?

Location is nearby the HN reliance hospital

Shabby rooms, not worth the price charged,restaurant does not start before 8 am so basic tea would also be not available.

THE NOISE FROM THE FLOOR ABOVE KEPT ME AWAKE ALL NIGHT.THERE WAS ONE LIGHT WITHOUT A SWITCH SO I COULDN'T TURN IT OFFTHERE WAS BIRO SCRIBBLE ALL OVER THE WALLS

Though the outside locality is very shabby and crowded, it's very impressive inside the hotel lobby and rooms. Really neat and clean though. Very kind ,polite and humble staffs. Really enjoyed the stay from Nov 2, 3, 4 , 2023. Its very close to Marine drive and other famous spots.

Beautiful calm surroundings interiorly.

Front desk person was unfriendly and rest we loved the stay and Al the housekeeping staff and incharge al were very kind helpful ,and wailer too. Thnkyou

The hotel was close to a street market

The breakfast was very poor ,had very limited options and you had to pay for the yogurt if you wanted for example. Could be a lot better.The blankets wasn’t clean and the fridge smelled disgusting as well

Area was bad, Room was not comfortable for 2 adult and 1 child, no window.
