Room and facilities was at a high standard. Amenities was adequate. Could not fault anything. Huge breakfast selection.

Could not get the TV to work to check on news, but was not stressed without the TV. Neighouring property alongside the pool can do with a bit of a clean up.

The Manager took prompt action to our concerns.

Staff were not trained and very unprofessional in the restaurants, not what you would expect from a 5 star property of a standard like Radisson internationally. Hygiene level of the buffet breakfast was poor. Staff had a lot of attitude and would generally ignore any requests.

The staff and the facilities provided were excellent. What ever we needed was provided to us promptly. Diksha Sandhya Ghrishna Renisa Neeraj Aryan all made made the stay is perfect

I have nothing to like as hotel cancel my booking before my arrival. I was supposed to arrive at 2 pm but because of Indigo flight delay of 3 hr and also hotel was trying to charge me before my arrival although my booking terms was payment at the property.

Hotel should have adhered to booking terms of payment at the property as chosen from booking.com while booking this property. Hotel started charging my card before my arrival and I asked my bank about it I come to know wrong expiry date of card was entered during billing and so bank rejected the charges. I had emailed them I will arrive by 2pm and my booking terms is pay at the property. But hotel was keep emailing me pay or else we will cancel the booking. My flight got delayed by 3 hrs due to Indigo fiasco and so instead of 1 pm I arrive Mumbai at 4.40pm and got my luggage at 6pm. Before my flight took off from Delhi to Mumbai Radisson blu already cancelled my booking. Its not a loss for me I booked at Hyatt Andheri and they waited for my arrival and payment at the property so I will book Hyatt instead of Radisson next time.

The breakfast was great.

The room was too small. At night, My Room was also double-booked, and the manager opened the room while I was sleeping. This was the reason to cancel the booking for the next 3 days.

There was nothing special. Rooms are very small for the price. Staff was very warm and welcoming

The breakfast was good and as expected like other hotels. Most importantly the location is good but surrounding is very much crowded and very much difficult to reach the destination at any point of time. But the property found to be much specious and neat and clean as anticipated. Staff is also very much cooperative and courteous and also found disciplined.

As mentioned as above the location is very much crowdy and its very much difficult to reach there at any point of time. Else its good to stay there. Moreover the surrounding is also not up to the mark as it should be considering such hotels

Too crowded

I loved how warm the staff were. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. As a solo female traveler, safety is priority. And they made sure, maybe unconsciously but just by the nature of authenticity and warmth they carried out, I felt safe. Being pampered comes with an expected service at a place like this but being nurtured, that's a privilege I didn't expect to receive. And how special it is, when it is offered willingly and freely. What I thought was best, bettered was delivered. I didn't only leave feeling like this was the best hotel experience I have ever had, but I left with a coddled heart and a tenderness only genuine human connection can rouse.. something I never imagined a hotel stay could leave embedded within me. I would like to give thanks to my new friends that have contributed to this in depth experience. From the kitchen; Priyanka, Payal, Vishal, Apumva, Amit. And from the front desk; Sandhya, Sheil, Zarar, Rashmi, Israr, Likhil, and Ritesh. Thank you for keeping me warm, feeding me, and making it a little less lonely by making me a home far away from home.

I cannot think of one single thing I could say in a negative manner about this place and experience that I had. But if you asked me if there was something that could be added on, it would be decaf coffee. I learned it isn't a big thing in India. Otherwise, I had everything I wanted. Call it luck maybe? But I believe that when you stay ready, you will never have to get ready. Kindness is inherent, you cannot fake it. Niceness is performative. What stands out in exceptional service is the genuineness and kindness you don't find in performative-luxury-hierarchy-staff-customer relation. I always prefer when I am handled with care instead of status divide.

Breakfast was very good and the attendants were very curious and nice. I also wanted to mention the people at the front desk Neeraj was so helpful with different things like to call uber and directions to some places we did not know as we are visiting Bombay from US.

I did not like the people opening the big gate or rod . In the night when I was coming back the rod was open and I thought it is open but suddenly it came down and hit my head . It would be better if you put a gate which opens and not a rod going up and down . That is dangerous and scary.

Large spacious and tastefully furnished rooms and bathroom. Good lighting and very comfortable bed. Nice welcoming foyer.

The staff leave a lot to be desired, the doormen are amazing as is the front desk manager called Raj. The rest of the staff behind reception, particularly the bell desk boys really need some soft skills training as there is a lack of disrespect. This is in addition to being taught how to appropriately speak to guests and show some genuine hospitality when working at a 4 star hotel. This means to also have 4 star manners, which in this case was sadly lacking. I like the location and the rooms, and may return because of that alone. But I do hope that staff attitudes are improved and training is implemented.

Room was spacious, bed/pillows very comfortable/excellent shower. Bishnu from housekeeping was efficient. The spa services were totally worth it. The gym, although small was adequately equipped.

Staff at breakfast need customer service training as responses were indifferent. Although an extensive in-room dining menu is offered, there were several options which were simply not available. The ones I ordered did not match my expectation.

Breakfast was not worth - value for money Nil.. The lady who was asking the room numbers with the Guest was totally unpolite.We have asked a coffee- where she was slow to respond and given the coffee after almost 10 minutes with an unpleasant face.

Overall attitude of the staff was , they are working for what they are getting-- May be their salary could be poor??

Everything in this hotel was a 5⭐️ from the room to the food to the stuff to the pool this is actually our second time here and if we ever went back to Mumbai we're definitely staying here again

The front office staff and location

Harsh sounding & faulty fire alarm, right outside my room door, kept going off 2 nights in a row. The tech team needs to be more careful.
