Nothing to share good in whole stay

After opting breakfast plan for myself n& my 12yr son and paying close to 300 rupees extra, they gave 2 quantity of 40-50 rs worth Egg Sw. If extra quantity asked considering big money paid, they refused to offer and harassed us badly citing they can't lose money for us strangers. They did not even offer mandatory water bottle for room and charged 25/bottle (4nos) and we paid after they demanded and disrespected us at the end of checkout. Hotel reception person was humiliating us in a bad tone during checkout with money issues. The bed pillow cover was not washed, under the cot was filthy in dust, no mosquito repellent in non AC room, damaged TV with no many channels, received water mug, soaps n small n very old towels on our demand.

Hotel staff asking us to cancel online booking and do a direct booking with them. Our ordered Lunch food through them came without bill and I had to pay what they claim along with Tips.Reception person in bad tone argued that we dint mention in online about Brkfst items or qty and also No drinking water supply too.When I said that my feedback will be bad, they did not even bother at all for negativity

I had made a booking at City Hotel. When I actually went to the hotel, they put me in the Apple Hotel next door. I was told that the room was full.Due to some reasons, I had to stay in the same hotel for a long time. The rooms were very dirty.I have this question: should I book from your booking site next time? They show one thing and do another. This is what is happening.

Nothing's in hotel like me

The bathroom door was broken, the fan was on instead of the AC, the staff thought they were Ambani's, the phone in the room was just for show when in reality it was switched off, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was also switched off, it is a number one dirty hotel.

Very beautiful hotel. I stayed on May 21. Great staff service and great location.

Pasai bakar ho jaya ga pura

The room was not clean, and they didn’t provide a towel or soap. Their behavior was also not good. Additionally, they said they would charge ₹500 if someone was 10 minutes late.Ye hotel bilkul bhi acha nhii or room bhi clean nhii haa or na hi service achii haa

Breakfast wasn't provided.

Room assigned to us was next to Boiler and all exhaust fumes were entering in room causing suffocation. Booking.com asking about breakfast. I have no clue about it as it wasn't provided by hotel, the owner charged additional amount apart from what was mentioned during booking.. regret paying to this hotel, I would recommend everyone not to visit this hotel, also requesting to Booking.com to delist this hotel from their website.

The location of the hotel was nearby the venue we had to reach out

The price mentioned in booking.com was different and at the time of vacating the room the rent received from was high.The room wasn't clean.No heater was available.

There is a supperv restaurant just on ground floor of city view's building... We got delicious food there... And also can order for room delivery from there. All the staffs of guest house are truly good. I visited many guests houses at mumbai but its really a graceful place.

Nothing was planning to stay for ten days but checkout within 2 days

Staff behaviour very bad and rude don't know what is customer service, Too much corckrages in the room , dirty bed sheet and dirty towel no toilet roll , making wrong receipt arguing with the guest

Room size is small. TV was not working,even after compliant.no body attend the complaint..

Location is near to Sanpada station, the hotel is on the 5th floor.

The lifts sometimes can stop working, the floors are very very dirty, Lots of steps to carry your luggage. Hotel is Ok for a night stay. not of good quality. leaky bath rooms, noisy fans.

I didn't like anything related to the room. The hotel staff was not at all helpful and trustworthy. The room was not clean and rats were there. In the hotel room cameras were installed that was horrible to stay. Shower was not there.

Nothing, to be frank.

No cleanliness, repairs going on. It's inside another commercial building for 2 floors only.Lift doesn't work if there is power shutdown. I didn't have dinner itself as there was no lift service and power was continuously going off, so didnt have courage to travel in that Lift. Not recommending as the Muslim owners are not that polite with arguing instincts in them.
