Location. My work was near the hotel so it was very convenient.

Again the Location. It was in interior and little crowded.

Location is fab! Stone's throw to lokhandwala market, citiesmall and infinity mall are nearby. Lots of food options.

Mosquitoes during dinner time but staff were quick to respond with incense sticks!

Due to major work taking place around the area there was matter of awful smell and mosquitoes in the evening otherwise no issues

Clean, easy to get into, middle of the city, restaurant downstairs.

The WIFI was horrible. I could not really get it to work correctly until the last day.

Location, very clean, comfortable beds, rooms were big & so was the bathroom. Pool is on the terrace with a nice view.

Food could be better, reception staff could use some training in how to deal with clients.

But the single room only to find over 30 mosquitoes in the room spent our straine to protect myself from being bed in by swatting these mosquitoes after being so much money for a room for a stay kesham to relax this with absolutely the worst experience possible! I would like to request for a full refund

Room was small but comfortable. Facilities are small and limited. Breakfast was just ok.

Breakfast could be improved.

Location

I had booked for two rooms for double occupancy, when I reached the hotel they told me that I was two rooms for single occupancy and charged me extra 6000. I felt it was unfair, but I could not do anything as I was with family and had to pay at the spot.

Just the location

The safety measures are hugely compromised, on the eighth floor the French glass widow should be sealed but it’s left open, anyone can fall off the building as ther is no restriction or frill or balcony…

Cheating Staff

Asked before check in if bar will be open till midnight, they said yes. I checked in at 22:30. Did my payment and right after the payment is done, i decided to go to the bar, but they all of a sudden closed bcuz of Pest Control. I had no other choice to order my drinks to my room. But reason was staying in your hotel was, get drinks and do not drive and staying in hotel. Then asked for WiFi, and have been told for additional charges for internet... That's sucks, what can I say.... And room was so tiny for 11k. It was definitely bad choice ?

Room was Clean and the staff really good

I slipped in the bathroom because of the water leakage from your washbasin and got hurt a bit...pathetic experience and won't ever book again...told the staff and honor one else will fave the same situation and the dirty torn side lounger

Bit soft beds

The restaurant of the hotel was good, really nice Indian pizzas!

The equipment of the gym didn´t match the photos I saw previously at Booking.com, the was a tiny space, the treadmill was facing a wall and the spinning bike was missing.

Breakfast was good. Happy to have breakfast being served on the 1st floor as it was done earlier. Also happy to see that the restaurant was opened again on the 1st floor for dinner. It should be open for both lunch and dinner.

Internet connection is a pain point. Limited connection for just two people. No hotel offers that.

Nothing much to like about the property.

below average but staff seems to be in delusion that it’s a 7 star property. Ordered room service and asked them to put it on the tab but they insisted on not leaving until I made the payment as though I was running away. The air conditioning was not working in the scorching heat of Mumbai. TV in room not working + no free wifi. All in all would never recommend this to anyone.

They give wifi only to 1 device even though we had double occupancy.No car parking facility.No guests allowed in room

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was good.

For that level of hotel, it was very expensive and one of rooms they showed had a bad smell. Staff were not friendly or flexible. Internet connection was harder to connect than Pentagon.

Good choices but surely can improve to include a few more items .

The low extremely soft bed.I would suggest availability of a hard elevated bed for senior citizens like us because a low soft bed makes it extremely difficult not only in turning in the bed but also in getting out of the bed especially for a tall person like me.This area needs attention.

Clean and decor was modern and in pretty good condition. Staff were helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Great location for Andheri West

Misleading pictures . Room was very small . Hotel was trying sell me upgraded room . Buffet was closed on first day. I order just one item and tea and they charged me for the full buffet. Room ac was not working well . Spent few hrs for the technician to fix ac. Overall not worth the money
