Management and staff are helpful and take care of the visitors.Cleanliness is good, room service and reception staff are good and prompt.

Our stay was comfortable and staff was really helpful and friendly.We felt save in new city .

It was decent family hotel. Staff was dressed and polite. Room and washroom was clean and well maintained hotel.

Some things to improve was elevator noise was very loud and could be heard from the bed. Pls try to insulate the door and if bathroom kit was provided then it would be cherry on the top.

In fact I've left after 30 minutes because I didn't feel comfortable in the area as a woman first travel. So it's only a very first impression: basic but okay.

Upon my request I got a quiet room (No 106), which was newly renovated and equipped with new furniture and a comfortable bed. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and readily provided all necessary information on public transportation, sightseeing and shopping in the area. The train station and local buses are within walking distance.

I did not expect more for this price range in Mumbai.

Very friendly staff, clean but small rooms.

Location in the middle of a large market, lanes are very crowded, taxis have difficulties finding the place. After checking in it is better to go to the main road for catching a taxi.Strict muslimic hotel, no alcohol tollerated.

Small room, location are so uncomfortable and far from main road ,no any taxi or viceale are accepted to going there.

I had travelled to Mumbai with my partner for shopping so the only good thing was location.

The moment we reached we were questioned that if we are married, when we answered yes they asked for Marriage Certificate which we were not having with us and the person at reception said it's the rule of the hotel. After half an hour's discussion and debate we could find a photo of Nikahnama in our phone and produced that. When we were given the room next to lift I objected but they said it won't disturb and its gave us headache with time. Till 2 am in the middle of the night kids were playing and shouting and running in the neighbouring room. The room had boring walls, cockroaches and bad smell. Nobody heard our complaint and we were tired after shopping so dint fight with them over anything. The overall experience was pathetic. Wasted our money and mental peace.
