Lakeside Chalet, Mumbai - Marriott Executive Apartments

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast amazing.

The pool was dirty and not taken care of.

Great location and very helpful staff

The buffet restaurant was 5 mins walk away from the main property and there was no shuttle service. The walk was on a very steep inclined road

We came back to this place after 10 years. The apartments are connected to the Westin hotel nearby. There is a lot of construction going on next to the hotel and the facilities have aged a lot.

Not clean. I have seen cockroaches in room after some time of room cleaning .

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very quiet and clean place. And the gym was amazing, to keep my workouts in day.

The apartment was good with all amenities within that space.Good food.Pet friendly.Basic amenities being taken care of.

Only thing which can be worked upon to make this 10 on 10 is if at all lunch and dinner could be arranged at Lake chalet itself,would be great.Iy would save a lot of time and hassle .

The property is well maintained, the staff is exceptional and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.Special mention to Dipti at the checkin counter who was excellent.

Cannot really complain but if i had to say something, it was that the water in the flush was a bit disgusting as it never came out clean.

The Location, view from our room was worth it.

Few things we had to ask to be done in our room which was promptly attended too though

I liked the room and the patio area… the room was also very clean and overall it was a wonderful place experience

I couldn’t find an auto while leaving that’s the only issue I faced ?

Too old, badly needs renovation.

AC was not working and the worst part was the staff were trying to give a made up reason to a guy working in HVAC.

Staff were amazing. There was a lot of different faces everyday day but all were equally willing to help and facilitate guest needs.

Being very picky, the second bedroom air-con was working but ineffective in cooling the room. So had to leave door open to allow living space air-con to cool both spaces.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, excellent staff and laundromat at our disposal.

This is Older hotel in need of upgrade. Westin is definitely superior and so superiorly priced. But our room was ok for 3 nights. No view. Go to Westin to eat as more choices.

the apartment hotel is nice , welcoming & very helpful front desk staffs , few times i ordered in room dinning the food is excellent value for money

you can't expect the standard of Marriott in this property , poorly designed living room the hotel & rooms looks too old , badly needs renovation sometimes when you call front desk , you have to wait too long to answer your call

Spacious and comfortable stay. Excellent and attentive staff. Extensive breakfast options. Access to laundry facilities.

The ambiance and first impression at the lobby can be improved by using air fresheners.

Liked the size of the room,,,the quiet it offered....the breakfast was good too.

Rooms are spacious, and extra towels or blankets are readily available. Breakfast is good but it would be nice if some of the dishes gets changed everyday. Staff is awesome!

Location is nice but far from shopping. Kitchen is not well equipped, could be much better, no paper towels or hand towels
