The room was dirty. Complained about the smoking room they said all rooms are smoking rooms. The bedsheet had stains the pillows had stains, I complained about No hot water they checked and said that hot water comes in at 730am . I got up at 730 to take a shower there was no hot water.

was not expecting timings for the water supply which was 06:00AM -10.00AM & same in the evening. water supply should be 24 hours in hotels in city like Mumbai.

The Location is great

The breakfast was pathetic, the wait staff is inefficient and slow... There was real trouble getting hot water in the bath, none of the plug points in the room work properly... It is old run down, seepage everywhere.. Staff is not motivated and overall.. only if you can't avoid, you stay here

Despite being an old hotel, they have maintained their premises. The staff is proactive and quickly helps you get what you are looking for.

The breakfast could have been better.They need to give better quilts (the AC works very well)

Rest everything is good.

Complimentary Breakfast should be added at a Price 2300.Master bedroom was shown in the picture but 2 seperate singke beds were provided.

Location, safety, sea view. The bed was really comfy, there was hot and cold water, toilet was clean, tea prep items n mini frij was provided.

There was no bathtub, ac was central and just one button for all lights and fans
