I will not visit again.

Rude Staff, facility management and not valued for money and really very bad services

Location was in a busy street Bazar of Dadar East, Mid-Mumbai but it was pleasant to visit every evening to have a cup of Tea on the road side.

The size of Toilet needs to be a little bigger so that a person could take a bath comfortably

Bathroom was not clean & the mattress was very hard. I had to check in as i had no option because due to the Tata Mumbai Marathon there was no room available in that vicinity.

Horrible place to stay in Mumbai

No lift in property. We had to climb two stairs to reach reception. The rooms were not clean. The beds were horrible like rock. We had to wait for 15 minutes to get rooms ready. Prices were exorbitant at 3600 Rs per room. We will never Go to this hotel again

The location is perfect if you are going to take a train. Many restaurants around and a big market right after the corner. The room is clean and the AC works well.

It wasn't possible to close the window, it's a very noisy area... If you can, ask for an interior room.

Clean and hygenine...need renovation ... Fan is having sound...otherwise value for money and good stay in said location

Overall budget hotel.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor and it doesn't have lift for customers. Which I don't like.

What is projected online it is totally different physically. High costs & less facilities. Room space is too small. Not value for money

Small rooms, no tea/coffee provided in room, discourteous staff, high price & low facilities

Cockroaches in the room, very congested/small room, AC didn't have remote control, staff was not very friendly, the bed was not comfortable.

The person @ reception was not at all cooperative.... We didn't get remote for AC .... Bathroom was leaking whole time .... In totality it was a bad experience ... Recommended not to visit at all

Everything , First the room that was shown in photo was not given, claustrophobic type room, no space at all, rude behavior of staffs , its seems like i am staying in free of cost, zero facility, zero service. you would get single water also after 1hr even after repeated follow-ups.

hotel have no kitchen. have outside arrangement on pay basis & thats also after 8 morning. before 8 hotel have no arrangement & even seems not helpful for such facility. even provided on bottle of water for a days for 2 person stay in room in summer time.

they should have kitchen facility & extend such facilities with smiling faces considering future business.

Nothing except location.

Room size, room specifications and even pictures in Booking.com are not actual of the room what was offered.Booking.com foolled me by accepting the booking for 2 Adults and 2 Kids but then asked me to pay one extra person charge to property. Question - 1) Why booking.com didnot encluded those charges in total offered price. 2) Why booking.com not told in my confirmation email that cost includes only 3 guests and have to pay additional to property.

Worst accommodation ever

Hotel is dirty,filthy not up to the standard as they advertise on websites and booking.com. not recommending to anyone from overseas to stay here. If I could only give zero star I would have. Nothing good about this hotel. Very slow staffs even.
