VERY SUPPORTIVE STAFFS AND LIFT MENS.

NO WARDROBE/ ALMIRA TO KEEP CLOTHES IN THE ROOM. HOT KATTLE WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL.

Nothing i like.They took the money from me.I didn't stay at that hotel at all.They didn't even allow me to stay though they took money. They said they have no facility for C form for foreigner but they didn't mention it on their page.I just arrived that hotel at night but they kicked me out at that time.Before i made sure for booking, they called me daily for halfpay to secure the booking but they didn't mention that they didn't allow foreigner.

Almost all the things i don't like.

Only the location is good.

Very overpriced hotel, unethical way to do business showing images of bigger size rooms in standard category and providing very small room, television was not working, very small bathroom. No professional staff at the front desk,they should know how to entertain clients.

Room quality, cleanliness, bathroom faculty, space, and main thing is the locality of the hotel.

It was clean enough. And the staff was nice and friendly specially Aditya!!!

They were asking about marriage and stuff. Even though we are married it was not pleasant to be asked such a question that too in a place like Mumbai!! We were not in a remote village of UP!

Nothing, very bad quality. In fact comparing to price its not convenient at all. They transfer booking to another hotel hotel thats also below standard.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok.But the room initially given was too small, not the one that I booked over website. I had asked for queen size bed. Upon asking, I was later shifted to a bigger room.

Coffee, tea bags, sugar was not kept, had to call and ask. When I call and ask there is response, but expectation was that things be done even without asking.

Not value for money and majority of the hotel staffs don't speak English.

Even though they debited my card, the receptionist is completely unaware of it. They were working on something else when I arrived, so I had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes. The pictures on the website are fake photos. They didn't clean my room after the first night even though I stayed for two nights. They weren't even concerned by it. Only they serve 2 Idlis or 2 vadas for the breakfast with 1 coffee or tea. Which I haven't expect.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff

Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Breakfast includes only one dish and not unlimited.Actually hotel doesn't have there own pantry so but overall staff is good

Rooms are too small that while you are walking inside the room,You might get hurt by corners of tables ,chairs etc.

Very good location, near to all market and good view, good staff management and food service,rooms are clean and room services done on time

The location is easy to reach from Dadar, its really accessible to reach to other parts of Mumbai. The rooms were clean and house keeping services were good. There was facility to order food to the room.
