Friendly staff. Excellent, clean breakfast (I’m a foreigner and food safety is important to me while traveling). Cozy room with quiet AC. Quiet surroundings. Easy to get around.

Someone was smoking on my floor and the staff said it was ok as long as they did it in the hallway, but that was right outside my room. Couldn’t smell it in my room, but smelled a lot on my way in and out.

Excellent breakfast and staff. They are ready to help and assist in anything you might need. Also great room service and laundry service. The location is perfect to reach most of the sightseeing points of the city and the city center. Also easy to reach the airport from the hotel. The room was clean but a bit small.

There was some renovations going on in our floor and it was loud. They would stop before dinner but it would not make resting during the day easy. The bedroom shower could also use a small renovation.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was supurb. This is a great place to stay to explore Mumbai.

Location was excellent

on 9th Jan , 1st Day the room we were given was ok however we noticed bad cigarette smell in the room foul smell from bedding (Pillow & Duvet Cover) and complained to management however they did not have spare room hence had to spend a night, next day on 10th Jan 2024 we did get moved to a decent room.

The breakfast area was very small. The kitchen was far away. The Waiters went walking to the kitchen to get our breakfast items. The items kept near sitting area were not adequate.

Breakfast had limited options and was not really upto the mark! A tea which is the most basic thing ever was not well made.

The hotel is super old and our room was very small. Its completely outdated. The hotel needs to renovate and upgrade themselves.The furniture is almost at the verge of dying. Only plus point is location

Windows need more soundproofing, so if ur a light sleeper think twice. Aircon can be less powerful.

We booked their deluxe room as per their photos on Booking.com website. However they deceived us and gave us their worst room. When we complained they said this was the only room available. There was work going on which they did NOT tell us about. In the bathroom window there was not curtain but instead they used a worn out old towel to cover the windows!Also there was mould in the room.See the photos I have posted.I think they reserve the bad rooms for those of us who have booked (without seeing the room) through online sites such as Booking.com knowing fully well that since we have paid what's the worst we can do?

I liked your staff. They are very helpful and warm. And I liked the prompt service, also the cleanliness.

I would like you to renovate your interiors too instead of only the exteriors. The walls in the rooms as well as the bathrooms and the bath tubs need to be fixed.

No ice in a hotel, no icebox till I looked at my booking, then they brought one in.Absurd a hotel not providing ice

The location majorly and cleanliness. The young night receptionist and the guard were amazing and helpful.

We found a full dustbin and a Bacardi bottle lying in the bathroom when checked in the room. The morning receptionist has a very bad way of speaking. Had a very rude way of saying things that could have been said politely. And he always nagged us about payments as we were running somewhere without paying.
