Lalco Residency

The large suites and the great location to Andheri East where I had family and friends.

Not this time. Maybe provide a set of forks, spoons, butter knives and some medium sized bowls. Thank you.

The apartment style rooms were great

The rooms were not clean, the Bedsheets, the Shower curtain, all so dirty and looking like used for years.. I did ask them to change but no change.

Proximity to airport and highway

I couldn't check in on the day I was suppose coz my flight was significantly delayed. I informed the property, yet after my stay when I wanted to check out late, they didn't adjust the amount and made me pay extra for the late check out

Apartment was roomy. It was clean upon check-in. Water purifier in the kitchen was very helpful. On-site dining with included breakfast was very convenient. Staff was generally responsive

Building refines and recycles dirty water for toilet flushing. However, refinement of the dirty water is not being handled properly. The whole toilet and the connected room have very strong stench of sewage after each flush. Staff provided extra air freshners to mitigate the stench.

Will never visit the property again or recommend anyone.

The property was not cleaned. No required amenities are provided. Service is bad and need to follow up regularly. The staff are rude.

Big apartments/rooms.Pretty close to the airport. Good restaurant and great service minded staff. Clean and nice facilities. A bit worn down.

Not much in the area to see or do. Place is a bit worn down and lot very "luxury"Not that well sound proof. You hear neighbors etc

The location is not too far from the airport.

Property needs serious upgrades regarding everything.. its furniture, maintenance and cleanliness needs vast improvement. Even saw some cockroaches. No hangers in cupboards, no clean drinking water was available.. had to ask for bottled water !

“I had a wonderful stay at Lalco Residency. The rooms and common areas are spotless, reflecting their strong focus on cleanliness. Breakfast was delightful — fresh, tasty, and with enough choices to start the day well. The location is another big plus, close to key business zones and easily reachable. Highly recommended!”

Location

Good location. Helpful and cooperative staff

Breakfast can be improved with more items, and restaurant needs more seats

Breakfast was good, very friendly staff, very good location and easy access. Good to stay for families....

Room and cafe is very good.

It was really very clean, very comfortable, there was everything you need to live as in a house. ?❤️Every day they had room cleaning. The staff was very kind very helpful. Whatever you asked they helped with great pleasure. And Lalco Cafe had delicious food, very kind and helpful staff. During our stay in Mumbai we ate only at Lalco cafe, because it was really very clean.

Good experience. The room was good and clean and so was the food good, well organized.

I’m really disappointed with my recent stay at Lalco Residency. I had stayed here back in 2011, and shockingly, nothing seems to have changed since then. The place feels incredibly dated — mould on the shower curtains, stained and deteriorating grouting, discoloured linens that have clearly seen better days, and cupboards literally falling apart. The microwave and air-conditioners look like relics from the 90s. It’s clear that the property is in serious need of a refresh or a complete reset. For the price paid, the experience was far below expectations. Sadly, I won’t be returning...

it is so comfortable for the family for a stay, apartments are big as per mumbai standard and have everything that u need to be comfortable

Spacious, clean tans the staff was very helpful

Excellent location, close to airport and nearby amenities. Exceptionally helpful and competent staff team with first class customer service (When one of our party was sick, the staff went above and beyond to look after us). Fabulous restaurant and super tasty food (some of the best we had in Mumbai ?). Well equipped and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to others - well done, and thank you, Lalco Residency ??

Liked everything about the property, thank you for hosting our stay.

I've been to some good hotels in Mumbai . This is 4* but the team and food were fantastic. Everything is so clean and spacious . I will definitely stay there again . When I entered the apartment I received a very good positive energy and I loved it .

HOPELESS ONLY MONEY MAKING

very dirty and dusty floors very low bed and pillows not able to sleep at all had too much body pain and what’s shown in the picture it is nothing as such in reality it’s hopeless no swimming pool at all

Stayed here for Business meeting. Location was the best part of Hotel. Very convenient to reach through metro and near Airport.Rooms were well kept and updated. All necessary services were there like laundry and free internet.

I had booked 5BHK apartment for couple of days and, the place is very spacious. The staff and manager Amjad was very helpful. I hosted a small family get together and manager helped us a lot in making our stay comfortable.
