Hotel Accord

the room was big and clean, as it faced the back it was quite.the location is close to the airport and train station.we got really early check in, and due to our early flight - breakfast un the room.

Facilities. Value for money. Good staff.

Friendly hotel and helpful with airport transfer and I chose it partly due to airport proximity. My room was reasonable value for money but I noted that others rooms were of a much higher quality than my room which was 102. Mine had peeling paint and needed attention but others looked much better when I saw them in the morning being cleaned.

Location was good. breakfast was ok

rooms were very cozy & congested.

Breakfast was a variety of indian food and as per requests also. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedsheets. Location is very good with transport facilities always available.

Noisy restaurant at the back and they were cleaning at 2 am which disturbed our sleep.

Location to shopping

Too much noise due the nearby restaurant. Dish washing at 2 am !!

I have been a regular customer at this hotel for the past 20 years,having stayed here at least 12 times.However,after visiting again after 5 years,i was highly disappointed.The toilet had a persistent bad odor,which made my stay very uncomfortable..While the staff were excellent and very helpful,the overall experience was far below my expectations.Unfortunately,this will be my last stay at this hotel.

It was fairly close to the aqualine and the staff were OK. Breakfast was ok. Price was ok. Hotel staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage there for the day

The photos and the blurb seem to suggest that this hotel is more than it is. Price was ok but don't feel like I had a bargain. No restaurant so breakfast was served in the room and it consisted of toast and an omelette. Bathroom and general room starting to look tired and worn. Bathroom window was a shutter we couldn't close and a net so noise from outside travelled easily. Stayed for two days and it was acceptable, I wouldn't have enjoyed a week

The location is great.. Rooms are cleaned everyday..staffs are very responsive...

It was a terrible experience. The rooms were neither spacious nor clean. The towels were dirty, and even basic amenities were missing from the room.

Breakfast included : just a misleading statement. No restaurant facility.Minimum amenities are not available.

Couple should get 1 lage bed although it is in Standard or luxury room...

The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy.

The room is absolutely NOTHING like the pictures shown here. We were given a small room with barely enough space to walk between the bed and TV.Bathroom was tiny. You had to back up into the shower area to close the door.Room was not well cared for and the furniture was old and lacking maintenance. Bathroom shower curtains has mold and the mirror frame was blackish.Cleanliness of the room was also not up to the mark and there were a few dust devils in the room.Some dark color liquid soap and shampoo were provided in the shower (fortunately I carry my own soap). Had to stay in that location. Won't stay again.

Very shocking and bad experience

The hotel.was under renovation it had all scaffolding whereas booking.com showed a very different picture of the hotel. This was a fraud and cheating by the HOTEL AND BOOKIN.COM.We cannot rely on booking.com nowadays.The hotel should have the audacity of informing guest I. Advacnce

I am having b/fast from 1985 ns staying with accord when ever I come 2 India, last 35 yrs.

service was very good, i liked that everything in the room worked. (tv, ac etc.) very nice employees reception etc.

mosquitos in room, room was clean but could use a little renovation, especially fly net in bathroom, and toilet seat. some corners looked kind of dark, moldy

close to the domestic airport and great for senior citizens. Hotel arranged taxi service to and from the hotel.

Hotel room was full with mosquitos, lemp was broken, toilet seat was broken, toilet was dirty Hair on bedRoom was smelling

The staff good attitude since years.Small and cozy place. Value for money and service.

Will appreciate if the credit card machine is an update one. Had to leave at 11p.m to retrieve money on ATM.Thank you to take a fast decision on same.
