Great location and offers good value for money

AC was not very effective, room was not cooling adequately

Breakfast is good but nothing spectacular. The room is decent size and the ambience is great. However, the wifi is extremely unstable and tops at about 1mbps. The wifi was clearly below expectations for the price paid, the wifi signal was so bad that I had to call off from doing my business for 3days.If wifi is priority then you should consider looking elsewhere.

WIFI is unstable and topped at around 1mbps. Visitors not allowed in the room (even visiting family members are not allowed)

Stay was good.Have stayed before also..

I have booked one room for 3 adults and 1 minor.However, 2 rooms were booked instead. I did not mind that though charges increased.However I was surprised when staff told me that I have to pay 2500 per day over and above 23000 I paid because I will be staying 3 in one room and one in other room.That sounds stupid as why will 4 persons with 2 rooms will stay in such a way: 3 in one room & 1 in other and still pay extra as we are staying as extra person in one room.I asked how so.They told me that the rooms are booked in this way only.Thankfully, the booking details at booking app showed it 2+2.Still staff continue to argue that they have obtained booking from app in such way.Based on details in app, they did not charge extra but till last second of my stay, they continued to say that i should have been charged extra and it is their greatness that they have allowed me to stay without extra charge.I asked who is wise enough to stay 3 +1 in two room and pay extra when even a fool will stay 2+2 with no extra charge.I requested to apply some common sense but to no effect.Finally i closed the discussion but i was frustrated and pledged not to stay there again.

Location, as I had work at Tata memorial in Kharghar.

Pricey, and more like 3 star. Bath towels not sufficient no toiletries dental kit, no outside food allowed, internet only 2 devices even for 2 adults occupants.

As a five star rated hotel it is an average stay. Night shift employees are not professional.

Being a five star hotel, it is ridiculous that There are cockroaches running inside the room.

I liked the fact that it was close to the locality I shifted.

I was disappointed that the management canceled my booking and insisted on an offline booking with direct payment to the hotel. Their stated reason was that they do not accept debit card payments. However, despite this, they still canceled my booking even though I had already stayed there.

Good and welcoming lobby, nice spacious room, nice furniture, very comfortable bed, good toilet and nice service staff.

It's a bit run-down property ,we were on the 8th floor, the whole floor was a bit ? tired

Clean and hygienic. This was very important for us as my wife is unwell. Food was also very good and clean.

The food prices are exorbitantly high.

Rooms were worst than a no star lodge ; bad design , bad quality , sub standard bathrooms

Their was no recharge for TV operator.Geyser not working.Not trained staff to help out

I should have gone to oyo hotel instead

Royal tupil is the quality of an small oyo hotel for the price of a 5 starr. It should not charge not more than 2000 inr. The breakfast wasbad. The street food in kharghar was more clean and better tasting. 500 rs for breakfast, what a rip off. Please not book a stay here.

Environment.

I stayed in 902 the room was not clean properly. Antiskitt matt was not clean. Matt have a fungus. Tv is not working.

The location is close to highway and easy to access.The staff is really good and friendly.

This place is no more part of the Royal Tulip brand.There were no operating facilities.The rooms are not maintained well. There is a weird smell in the rooms. They changed my room after I reported the first, but the same was the case with the other room.The mattresses are hard and rooms are not well lit.

Except for the shops around ......there is nothing great about this hotel

The beds are hard extremely uncomfortable. The chairs in the room are extremely uncomfortable The gym is open from 6 am to 10 am and evening 6 pm to 10 pm. The fridge was not working . The bathroom was extremely small. By evening the net is extremely slow and the staff will say the hotel is full so the net is slow .....Basically this hotel is a ripoff

Rooms wer not clean, aa our guest complain to us. In breakfast area, cockroach was running.
