Hotel Zara International

The room was very good, smaller than I thought. Based on the European's standard of cleanliness and order is good enough. This is one os the best for this price.The location is good, but not the best. You are going to spend an hour/half hour on trips per day.

Bathroom, I didn't had hot water. I didn't complain because it wasn't a big deal for me, Mumbai is a hot city.

The location is good. The staff is well behaved. The rooms and washroom are clean. Value for money. Very peaceful you will not hear noises during night time.

Complimentary breakfast is not good. Lift is not there, however it has only 1 floor for senior citizens or people having knee problems it will be difficult.

The bathroom is clean but the size is so small ! I expected a bigger bathroom size as shown in photo but it is not as big as shown.

Hotel provides variety of food options from breakfast to dinner. Good location, close to the airport.Wifi was good, room was nice and comfortable.Staff were never helpful and quick to attend to our needs. Would like to thank the reception staff and the servers for their kind hospitality.

Rooms are neat and clean. The entire hotel is newly converted from a godown it seems. Outside of the lodge full of mechanical sheds. No restaurant is available in and around the lodge.staff are good.

The location of the hotel was near Mumbai city with good access to shops and restaurants. The manager of the hotel was very cooperative and always with a smile. It is value for money.

The hotel lacks proper ventilation. Also the employees of the hotel lack professional behaviour. They need to have a smile on their face while interacting with customers.

This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. First of all, there was no running water in the bathroom. We had to constantly call the staff just to get buckets of water, which is something you'd never expect to deal with in a hotel.On top of that, the jetspray was broken, and when I tried to use it, it burst out and sprayed water everywhere—leaving me soaked and completely embarrassed. No warning, no signage—just a total mess.There was no lift in the building, and the only option was to use the stairs, which reeked of a terrible odor. Walking through that every time we had to go in or out of the room was disgusting and extremely uncomfortable.The staff seemed indifferent, as if all these issues were just normal. For the amount they charge, this is absolutely unacceptable. This hotel lacks even the most basic amenities and hygiene standards. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—not even for a short stay.

It was worth the price and place..only few things it's nothing big but just needs few fixing with furniture. The staff and owners are nice. The breakfast was good too. Overall it's a good and safe place.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. I recently stayed at zara hotel, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

Good location, not far away from the airport.

We arrived early and had to pay extra, though the fee was small. Still, they should have told us about it beforehand. When we got to our room, the bedding hadn’t been changed yet, so even after paying the extra fee, we had to wait. It was also strange that they offered to let us watch them change the bedding—I found this uncomfortable and disrespectful to the staff. Another odd thing: we wanted to stay an extra night, and the website showed available rooms, but we never got a response. It seemed weird that they weren’t interested in earning extra money.

- Budget friendly hotel in a good location.- Clean and well built.- Ultra compact, hardly any space to move inside the room.- Poor ventilation and so the toilet was stinking badly.- Hot water wasn't available in the bathroom.

Location is close to Airport Dadar Anderi etc and is on the main road. Breakfast is limited menu items delivered to room. There are eateries nearby.

No lift.

Room was very small as against the selected 19 m2. Lot of disturbance from neighbouring people. Room was clean but very small, less than 14 m2. Neighborhood areas wasn't clean and mosquitoes around.

Very nice staff. You can order food delivered in your room. Beds were comfortable.

Shower was not always hot and low pressured sometimes. Room a little bit small, but it is probably the norm in Mumbai for that price.
