Although we had a confirmed booking, the staff said that they were overbooked and asked us to go to another hotel further away from where we wanted to be. Their explanation was bizarre. They said guests didn't want to move out of their rooms. Unreliable hotel, I would not recommend.

Worst customer service experience

I had the worst experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were told the hotel was "full" and they sent us to a different hotel for the first night. The new hotel was a nightmare—it was infested with cockroaches! I couldn’t believe it. When we finally returned the next day, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They kicked us out of the other hotel and didn’t offer us a room until 12 PM. No apology, no assistance, just complete disregard for customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!

I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel

shady staff who make female colleagues uncomfortable. no toiletries. no hot water. no soap. rude staff who are always prying. terrible location.

They also don’t allow you to stay with your partner since it is a ‘family friendly hotel’ but the staff will ogle at you as a woman whenever they see you. Will never recommend this place. Very clean and true to the pictures. Staff was prompt and hard working. Even though they do not have a restaurant, very decent breakfast was provided to the rooms on time. A courtesy call was made to the room before bringing in the breakfast which is appreciated.

The location isn’t good. The entrance can be very dirty at times due to poor surroundings. Filthy smell and flies with dirty plates thrown around at the entrance. The hotel however tries its best to keep it clean. So hats off to them for trying hard. Hot water in the washroom wasn’t good in the room we stayed. Maybe the plumbing there could use a little work.

The breakfast

Tv issues, phone in lobby to loud, no towel or hand towel in bathroom, no bottle in room, many flies in bathroom and ants.

The hotel was comfortable with a large queen sized bed and a decent bathroom. They arranged some laundry for me which was done promptly at a good price.

I the hotel was a little way from the main sites but cheap enough to get there in an Uber. The hot water was spasmodic.

Had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were so attentive, offering great local tips and making sure I felt cared for...the location was perfect for exploring local spots.

Ek shandaar anubhav! Hotel ka staff bohot hi friendly aur helpful tha. Room bilkul saf aur comfortable tha. Breakfast kaafi tasty aur variety se bhara hua tha. Har chhoti baat par dhyan diya gaya, jo mujhe kaafi accha laga. Agar aapko ek relaxed aur pleasant stay chahiye, toh yeh hotel zaroor try karein!

No idea why there's such bad reviews, this was the first proper hotel we stayed at in our 4 weeks in India. At least it felt like a 4 star hotel. Super friendly staff! We were allowed to check in early, we got free water bottles, we got breakfast to our room (part of our booking). The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom just had a very unpleasant smell, no idea where it came from. But it was clean and that's what matters most. Would definitely return.

Honestly I do not know why this hotel has such bad reviews. It has 2 stars but for me I felt like I was in a 4 star hotel. Everyone was so friendly and we received a bunch of soap bars, the location is perfect as it has shops and cafes all around and it was clean.

No elevator

Location was great, breakfast too. Such good value for money. Exactly what you see in the photos is what you get. Really clean too

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Grant Road station! The location is super convenient for getting around the city, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. What I loved the most was that breakfast was included in the room rate no hidden charges, which is rare these days. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay with good amenities

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Grant Road Station, making it very convenient for commuting. Ideal for anyone who wants to explore Mumbai without worrying about transportation...The room was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

The interiors of the hotel were stylishly designed with great lighting. Whether it was the room or the lobby, the lighting really enhanced the overall look and feel of the property...The breakfast spread was fresh and had good variety.Having a mini fridge in the room was super handy. I could keep my drinks cold and even store some leftovers. It added an extra level of convenience to my stay....?
