Fariyas Resort, Lonavala

Location is convenient. Breakfast service (buffet) had many choices and was high quality. Overall staff is well trained and provides excellent service.

Rooms are a bit dated. No power points to plug in your international laptop/phone chargers except in bathroom. No bath robes and extra towels provided. The room safe was unusable. Property grounds not accessible for senior citizens due to steps.

Absolutely loved our stay at Fariyas , lonavlaThe room was luxurious, clean, and had an amazing view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend

Very wellmaintained, pool is heated (27deg C), has a couple of water rides which are opt for children and family outing. Food is very good, buffet spread has enough variety for all tastes.

Some rooms are getting older.

Well maintained lobby and restaurants. Great food both for breakfast and for other a la carte meals. Wonderful service.

The table tennis area was slippery and should have had a mat underneath. Chai in the afternoon should be sold without the snacks, and made in more quantities

The staff is warm and made us feel at home! Asian fusion restaurant has delicious food and we were very happy with it. The pool is lovely as is the resort.

We enjoyed our stay very much..the ambience,the food,the music.... The staff was very warm and welcoming...Rooms were clean and met our expectations....the event was well planned ...thank you so much for making our stay very memorable and comfortable. Thank you Fariyas!!!Strongly Recommended !!!

I like the kind staff and they give us real good ideas what to do where to go and the room are clean and the food quality was amazing i liked the water park games and my children enjoyed as well plus the Spa was amazing

The Spa need to be extended as i didn't find a booking but my wife got one and she enjoyed

breakfast and dinner very crowded seating capacity can be increased property is a bit worn down being old

The food was good, the mountain view was awesome, overall good, pool & spa was good.

The staff was not quite professional, not very friendly. Our welcome was not that great; the hotel didn't respond to our request of 2 close rooms. And then gave us a room saying that was the only option left.The room which we were in was old, not very attractive.

It was the best experience one can have very professional staff infact got upgraded to suite (Ashish at the reception thank you) and the entire staff of fariyas for the wonderful experience

Overall the breakfast was good and had lot of varities of food.

Table arrangements as PPL would bump into each other with to their plates.

The property is quite huge and the ambiance is amazing. There are many activities to do. They have a water park as well. The food is amazing. We dined at their Asian restaurant. Tried their champaran Mutton stew and it's one of the best cooked we tried anywhere. The staff is very well behaved and really polite

The property is due for renovation

The property is exceptionally well maintained and all the staff and facilities are very Cooperative and prompt in their service . Location is also very convenient as it is close to the market and all the amenities including the outdoor pool and indoor pool is very kid friendly . The only concern is if you are travelling with senior citizens then the property is having a lot of steps and staircases to reach different areas of interest such as pool and Park. The breakfast served was good and also outside caterings through delivery apps are not allowed inside the premises but you can still order it and collected from the gate

Genarally nice. Asian fusion reataurant was nice, much quieter than buffet area. Good service.

Nowhere to sit by pool or in garden. No coffee available until breakfast time. Sofa bed was absolutely wretched (had to sleep on couch cusions insread). Didnt give pillows or towel for 3rd person without having to call and ask. Pool area created lots of noise for those in restaurant.

The water park slides is the main attraction But a lot of steps down and then upThe Alcarte food is better than the buffet The service staff are friendly and efficient The room has all amenities But the wash rooms are old and a tub to take a shower also.
