Staff at the restaurant

Reception staff is not friendly and the room has mouldey smalle and small red aunt's in the room.

It was clean, friendly and right in the middle of Mumbai and just by the airport.

The rooms were a little small.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The amenities were also pretty good. Food was nice.

Room size was small and too congested. A bigger room would have made the stay even better.

Breakfast was good !

My flight landed on time. I left my bag in the lounge and went outside to hv the breakfast and lunch as they could not provide the room before 2:00pm.As a result, I hv no choice but to go outside before check-in.

Cleanliness, they don’t keep toiletries & towels unless you ask, WiFi is disaster.

Hotel was neat and clean.

Elevator functioning was not user friendly...some card was given to access the elevator but no one their to guide how to use it... Porter or Bellboy was not there to carry the luggage from reception to room...Hand wash dispenser was not working in rooms washroom...only one towel was given for Two adults...

Booking got cancelled because they sent confusing messages about the stay being a day stay

The breakfast was good. Location was splendid.

Not clean, no exhaust in the shower. They gave us one towel until we asked for another.Property is more of a 3star not a 4star.Ac was not working well.

Have been frequent at IBIS over the years and have always asked for the highway facing rooms on higher floors and have always got one. Breakfast choice needs to be looked into which has been same almost every day. More choice of juices should be given

Reception staff need to be friendlier since we have seen the difference over the years. The only person we found very friendly at the reception was Ms Diviya who needs to be recognised for her customer service.

Close to the airport

The reservation process did not went well.I have book for 2 days. Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th. I have stated in my booking that i will arrive at the hotel around 0200am and to consider an early booking. Thats is instead of normal check-in at 1400, i will check-in at 0200am.But there was no reservation for a room at the hotel.At 0300 am i had to carry my bags and look for a hotel around the vicinity. I had to return to the hotel and seek the help of the staff to find a hotel room available at this hour.Finally, one hotel (The Orchid) 200m from IBIS has availability for one room.I paid Rs 9,000+ just for 12hours. I checked-in IBIS around 1200am.

Outside was average, breakfast idlis were dry and sitting around for sometime. New ones had to be ordered.

Rooms were clean and the service could have been better

Room service, laundry and food service were pretty bad. We had to call manager at 11pm to make them understand how neglected we felt during our One night stay at hotel.

Location, the room were sound proof - no traffic noise, amazing staff at the restaurant, concierge and door men. They engaged in a conversation and were super friendly

The first room we were given had not been cleaned by housekeeping after the last guests checked-out.

Staff sent me confusing mails regarding booking. Mail said that the booking for only for day stay while Booking.com had sent me voucher for one night. It created lot of stress in my mind.

Manger was very helpful and polite.

The girl in the reception was extremely rude with her attitude and speech and not even a bit of smile on her face during the whole interaction. Mistakenly I had reserved for a day before arrival which I agreed completely. Since, I arrived there with the whole luggage and no sleep during the whole overnight flight, I expected at-least a friendly face and talk but She told me that booking is invalid as it was done for the day before my arrival & just turned to other side to talk with her colleague and clients. I waited for awhile for her to be free and asked her if I can book again for today, for which she replied, not available at all. I was bit anxious by the time with her tone and attitude. I tried to find somewhere to sit on my own as I was too tired and weak. Somehow I opened booking.com app again and saw available room. I booked and went to her again, she asked me to wait more. I was completely unattended for 15-30 mins more, that’s when the manager saw me and approached me, all things went smooth then. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. First day of landing in India was bit overwhelming with this incidence.

I was offered 25% discount on in house food which two times they took full money from me and one of worst staff have ever seen in my life
