Sea Green South Hotel

The staff was extremely helpful, really nice people and energy. The view is worth the stay, the building needs a reconstruction. My bed was super comfortable and bathroom very clean!

The fan and the light hanging from the ceiling weren’t clean at all… staying in the bed looking up was really a not nice look..

I love the location and the simplicity and colonial look of the building. rooms were clean staff was help full. It is very convenient to travel to Colaba , Chairchgate and other areas. downstairs coffee shop also nice.

Please better the food options as the breakfast options are very basic (toast , milk and banana or Phoha , milk and Banana was the only options they have ) and pale .

COMPLAINED ABOUT THE WATER HEATER NOT WORKING. NOT WAS DONE. FINALLY I WAS MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM AFTER 3 DAYS.

The only USP for this hotel is its unbeatable location which makes it good value for money even though it is essentially a rundown hotel.

Cleanliness is pathetic, bathrooms are basic, not much hot water.

That staff is very cooperative and polite. Location is excellent. Though limited, breakfast was fine.

Only a pantry with basic tea coffee satches is available. No F&B service available at the hotel. They served limited options for breakfast.

There was one person there Samir Gotre - who spoiled it. I better speak to you and explain as there's something for Booking.com as well to take my comments on board. I can be reached on email (if you care for proper feedback) and we can agree a time to discuss my concerns.

The hotel is at a prime sea-facing location (depending on room selection). We booked 3 sea-facing suites — full marks for location (5/5). However, cleanliness, furniture, and overall maintenance are poor (1-2/5). Washrooms are elevated and not elderly-friendly. No basic toiletries provided unless requested. Walls had cobwebs — had to ask for cleaning. Breakfast is served in-room with very limited options; no kitchen, lunch, or dinner service. however you can order or manage meals from outside.

Clean rooms, doors and furniture. this hotel needs renovation.

Fantastic Sea view from the balcony. Central location but no food courts / restaurants around except Coffee Day and a Pizza House. Taxi availability is poor. Nothing great about break fast, but basic stuff supplied in the rooms as the hotel does not have a restaurant or a dinning area.

Building and Rooms are old. General maintenance of the building and rooms are immediately required. Not much choice for breakfast.

Large, very clean, nicely decorated room, with good size bathroom. Everything worked, even the reading lights by the beds! Breakfast was basic, but having it brought to your room was a nice touch. Could see the sunset over the bay from the balcony.

As a solo traveller I would have preferred a double bed to two singles, as they were a bit narrow, but it was comfortable enough.

Third time at this property and never disappoints. Staff is amazing, the view is to die for and the rooms are old but very very clean. It’s worth every penny.

Only renovation that is needed would be to separate a dry and wet area in the bathrooms. Some of the new rooms already have that. Otherwise literally everything is great.

The air-conditioning unit made a terrible noise and the door to the balcony had absolutely no sound proofing so the traffic noise was incessant

I didn't like anything about the hotel, the hotel is zero, the only thing that was good is when you are out of the hotel on the other side of the road on marine drive

The cleanliness of the hotel is pathetically badI booked for 2 single beds, but got a room with full bed that can't fit me my son and wife. Had to ask for a mattress to accomodate myself off the bed. The balcony was dirty with sticky waste on them the moment I checked in. There were dirts below the bed, had to ask them to clean but not much. I can go on and on but in short, I regret my booking here
