The sheets didn’t look clean were old and torn. The room had roaches.

Bedsheets were not clean, the mattress was not clean. Dust on the windows. Wifi is not working properly. The toilets & bathroom were fine, but too small. The staff was good.

Room infested with bed bugs. Moved to another hotel but owner did not provide refund.

First time in India, and first night in Mumbai, hotel was clean, good air conditioning and a very good location. Close to lots of things and easy walk from near by train station. Good breakfast the next morning. Also has lift if you need it!.

Room didn't have a window, i'm sure maybe I could have asked for a different room. It didn't bother me, but might bother others.

The breakfast was frustrating. The room was too small for the money.

The receptionist realised Rs.1000.00 more than the amount of RS. 13000 that was clearly mentioned in the email document that booked the hotel. Sorry for the truth.

This is the worst hotel I ever seen. They didn't have any restaurant. They have 1 lift for 2 person onlyThey didn't have ani chair in the room, no complimentary water even they didn't supply ani tissue paper or toilet paper. I didn't understand how they got stars.

5he room was extremely small and combusted fir the high price.On request for bread omelette, we were denied and offered aloo paratha which constipated my husband leading to I'll health on my journey back..Please change your breakfast menu so that other people coming to stay do not have a miserable experience.
