Dragonfly Hotel - The Art Hotel

The facility is very good! Clean, relaxing and mr. Arman seikh from room attendant is approachable and helpful at all. The front desk staff also and the ones in restaurant are all helpful and O had a very great stay in Dragonfly hotel! Keep up the good work.

The people here are friendly and efficient. I liked the room with a large bathroom and enjoyed the breakfast too.

Excellent! However, my room was on the 5th floor, and it was difficult to relax because there was maintenance work or carpenters fixing things just outside, very close to my room. The noise made it hard to rest. I hope this can be managed better in the future so guests can have a more comfortable and peaceful stay.

The only advantage is its 15 to 30-minute drive to the airport.The airport transfer they offer is an advantage, but is it worth the price? I doubt it.

It's in a location that's not very pleasant for a walk, if you need to. Also, it's not worth the expensive price they are charging. The restaurant is so small, more than 5 people, you feel soo squeezed.

The staff are responsive, and very kind, they are quick to reply to my questions and requests. We were able to reach the Hotel by their car service and went back to the airport hassle free. Even the food being served is delicious.Thank you Dragonfly hotel

Kind staff and clean place location is perfect and not congested area

Airport transfers were excellent, good timing and helpful with luggage. Short drive from the airport.Rooms very clean, beds and pillows comfortable.Breakfast was beautiful, excellent choices and excellent service. Highly recommend ?

Worst Experience ever. Not safe for solo traveller specially for women.

I booked the room for my wife to take her NCLEX exam. Hotel Staff named SOGESH, sexually harassed my wife knowing she is alone in the room. And nobody from the hotel take action and teling my wife is lying. She was circled by all men staff. She did not finished her stay in the hotel and immediately transfer to another hotel cause she doesn't feel safe.

I like the location that it is just near my appointment and the Hotel. The staff were very helpful and accomodating! The hotel was clean and was maintained daily by the staff. I like the comfort rooms with the strong water supply when u take a bath and wash. Aside from the fact that it was cleaned daily also. Thank you Dragon fly Hotel - The Art Hotel. Definitely Worth it!

The too much spicy food fr the restaurant even if I requested it to be non spicy meal.

Some of the staffs are rude especially the receptionist. Keeps on calling the telephone while still sleeping just to tell me I need to go down and eat breakfast and yet I know the timing of the kitchen. Telling me that I need to do check out at 11am as some other guest will use the room, otherwise I will be charged with 1k rupees for 1 hour, despite the fact that the previous receptionist said its fine untill 12pm then claimed nothing he did say that. Room is not exactly what i booked. No fridge. No flat screen TV. The carpet is smelly and dirty. Its not soundproof at all. I can hear other people in another room, even trying to open my backside door. No portable AC remote. I need to get up from bed whenever I need to adjust the temp. No cupboard for clothes. Upon arrival, AC is not even switched on making the room so hot.

The breakfast was just average. The breakfast spread was way too limited with very few options. The sitting arrangements are also not extensive, with all 7-8 Tables all put together.

All the rooms are road facing. Hence there is a constant noise of the traffic even during night.
