The St. Regis Mumbai

Very friendly atmosphere. The staff treated us like royalty. Room was beautiful, having the mall clubs and lounges was a huge plus point.

The room was exceptional more than what i had expected, Jasleen Kaur who had assisted us through all the procedure and our needs, was the prefect example of a host and we were celebrating birthday they had arranged a special surprise as well the staff was very kind and very attentive and the food all of the restaurants and in room dining just phenomenal, would love to go back soon and enjoy their hospitality again.

The friendly staff always want to help and provide the best service.

Cleaning needs more attention. We always request insect spray. The air conditioning had several issues, but eventually they were able to fix it after four days of our stay. In-room dining was below average.

This hotel made us want to come back again to mumbai, from the great welcome during checkin time to the amazing treatment we got at our stay, a special thanks to 2 people that made everything perfect; Shweta who had a solution to everything we need and Aniket who made all our breakfast and dinner experience the best. These two people made us decide to come back to the hotel and actually visit mumbai again. Hospitality is well understood from their end and i praise the hotel for having such staff. Well done for making it an unforgettable experience.

Stayed in the Mansion suite with family. Spacious, clean and well maintained.

View from the suite was a little depressing... The location is quiet a turn off.Hospitality was just ok...

Room was comfortable, staff was accommodating to requests, breakfast was good, location close to mall is convenient, well located to reach both south and north Mumbai, pool was nice

We had a package of dinner& breakfast included.After our dinner, the server from the restaurant came to our room and asked us to pay for bottle of water. We were not informed it was not included

I left with my ice pack with the Night Reception team. They put my ice pack in the fridge instead of the freezer. I couldn’t chill my medicine properly.This shouldn’t happen at this hotel!

Housekeeping team was the best, they made my stay very comfortable.

Due to a lack of clear information, I was charged 1,198 USD without being informed about the 5% commission applied when paying in USD. Unfortunately, no one at the reception mentioned this at the time of payment. Additionally, I have not received any response from the sales and reservations team despite following up on the room rate via email. After raising my concerns, there was also no acknowledgment or follow-up from the Front Office team. This experience is quite disappointing, especially considering the standards expected from a hotel of this category.

Perfection! They catered to every little detail, including giving us an early check in which we didn't ask for, as well as complimentary massage. As we were coming from a long flight, the early check in was a game changer for us. The hotel is situated in the mall.so it's probably the best location in Mumbai for a shopping break. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary drink and snack were superb. The room was amazing and the staff were superb, starting from the wonderful Shivani from front desk, who really went out of her way to try to accommodate us ?

Food, rooms, gym

Rooms are spacious, extravagantly decorated, with amazing views of the Mumbai skyline. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast options are mind-blowing! I had an issue with a mouldy smell in my room - staff were very helpful in relocating me to another room in the middle of the night.

excellent service.. staffs are amazing, comfortable room. butler sevice is really helpfull. Breakfast has too many good choice. Coctails hours was also good treat for us.
