Location of the hotel. Close to the airport and subway

They lied on the phone. I called and asked if they accepted international credit cards. They said yes. Then when I arrived they said cash only.

Location is very bad and hotel also not good that's why I stay only few hours then left from there.

Went there for the check-in but the person at the counter told me that there is no available room but I booked the hotel and pay at hotel option. He then shifted me to another nearby lodge called Lucky Galaxy. it all happened at 0300 hours. I would never suggest anyone to stay at this or similar property of theirs.

It was very close to the airport , and after our cancellation issue . It was convenient.

Cockroaches all over the bed at night, no latch in the bathroom and bedroom, stingy room due to poor drainage, upon asking they don’t response then bend there head down, the picture shown are like average to good, but when you go inside it look like some brothel. Pathetic

I have booked a hotel 3 days before, but unfortunately, the hotel did not give me 4 rooms and said no rooms were available. at the time of check-in and he said you can cancel your booking and sorry. Very pathetic answers from the hotel owner. He's ruined my family day. I'm not recommend such a 0star hotels to stay, they are very poor in services and amenities and bad attributes in communications with customer.Try to Avoid and search good option you will definitely get it.

Nice to stay very economical and easily reachable to all places by cab and auto.

Needs little cleaning in the bathroom area found mould on the sides of the door and taps continuously leaking which creates a sound at night which is quite irritating Breakfast timing is also one thing they don't serve after 10 am even if you're willing to pay

There were insects cockroaches and other insects in room and bathroom. On 1 st floor it was stinking so i selected the room on ground floor. Cable was not recharged and when I complained to staff they were not co operative. AC was not cooling properly. I saw the reviews on booking.com that's why I selected but this was no where close to the reviews I read before booking. Wardrobe was not clean, so I had to keep the cloths in my luggage bag only.

Internet was ok.

Room was not clean. Insects were crawling in the room.
