Staff was friendly. Front office needs to be more welcoming and smile and be charming.

Rooms and hotel seems to need renovation.

The location.

The furniture in the room smelled like pee. The greeting by the staff was terrible. They asked for IDs that Indian Citizens would have and I’m not an Indian citizen. They also expected the local greeting, my Hindi is limited and I don’t know the customs. They should be understanding of the fact that not all who book their hotel is going to be Indian and know the customs and not have the required IDs.

Breakfast was okay and of good quality. Staff were courteous. The room service was beautiful. The room facility was good. Dinner was good. Environment not so noisy (most likely from a good noise-proof window). Security was superb.

Not much food variety but the food quality was okay. Location somewhat inside but also close to the major road.The building is a bit old; needs a face-lift. The room at the initial check-in did not smell nice. The window blinds could be cleaned up better. Language barrier (most do not understand English)

Everything was good ... location (bang in Vashi market), food (limited but yummy), value for money (comfortable stay within budget)

Overall maintenance is low. There is a smell in the entire hotel which they are unable to manage.

Situated right in middle of Vashi accessible easily this is one of the oldest hotel to stay put . Decent enough considering its age and old patrons .

Property is aging and needs to be upgraded

Everything. There are no complaints!

Normally after we order food the IRD staff never comes back to pick up the cutlery although the staff came which was a little uncomfortable.

Abbott is an old known hotel of Vashi Navi Mumbai and it’s situated at most convenient place.

Need to get upgraded on electricity system. Sometimes observe power supply disruption.

The location

The place is now run down with no maintenance. The room are in a bad shape, dirty walls, AC not working properly, Last time I stayed here the property was quite decent. This time when I stayed I was shocked. I had to change my room 3 times. All the rooms he showed has dirty walls, stale smelly rooms. They really need a proper renovation of their property.

Other than location nothing else. Staff, billing experience during early morning check out, parking, cleanliness, food not up to the standard

There was a musty odor in the corridor, room as well as the bed which if tackled by the hotel staff then I would consider giving the hotel a higher rating.

Nothing really ! Wasn't worth the money I paid. Too small rooms like prisoners cell. Rude and iron faced men at the counter. Hopeless breakfast.

Improve furniture quality and as per hotel per room prices break fast need to be included and complementary for all bookings even standard or basic booking of room.

Location of property and staff behaviour

Location is amazing. Staff is amazing and service is world class.

Not clean, Equipment not working. Required renovation of hotel.

Breakfast was good, enjoyed much. Location is perfect, centrally located in Vashi. Staff were courteous. Room and facilities were good. Much happy with the stay. Even the meals for which we paid additional was great.

1. Flush water filling was much slow, once you flush you need to wait for good long time to flush back. Need to get rid of tank filling flush which is outdated but replace it with pressure based flush.

Food, room, cleanliness were very good.

I think the hotel management should provide brighter lights and illumination, in the rest rooms attached to the guest rooms.

Bad

The receptionist was very rude,receptionist was an old guy with specs, treated us as if we booked an oyo hotel and he was giving us room for free. First time in my whole experience I faced this. I straighaway left the property.

Nice-clean hotel and room. Staff is polite and courteous.

There is no gym! A small space with few dumbbells weights & bars few mirrors will do the magic.
