The hotel is located on the main road. I stayed for almost a week as a single lady and never felt the place to be unsafe. There is housekeeping done almost everyday with clean towels and water bottles provided. The receptionist is super friendly and is available to help throughout.If you are looking for a safe and decent place to stay, this is the place to be.

Breakfast spread can improve but is decent enough for people visiting for a few days

A very comfortable hotel close to airport and 45 cab ride to southern sites..commutable day trip. Had good experience eating at a local/street food restaurant nearby hotel.

Moisture walls and AC was not working properly. Entertainment channels on TV was also very limited.

The front dress lady was very humble and helped me charging my phone but whereas I spoke to some guy from room.he said he will help but he never called back

The allocated room, dirty sheets, need to buy disposable slippers and television not working and the staffs behaviour are not upto standard and professional

Breakfast was good, hosekeeping and desk staff were excellent.

Juices and bread (toast) should be included in the breakfast. and iron and its stand should be available in the room.

The staff was very very prompt, quick, helpful. Deepika, Maxwell at the front desk were excellent. the housekeeping staff also very very helpful. overall the staff kept by the hotel were very very good. the breakfast buffet was also good.

the rooms could have been equiped better with facial tissues, toiletries, clothes hangers, iron and stand. these things had to be asked for to be given. the breakfast buffet should have had juices and bread with toast machines which were not there. realized that they had to be asked for.

Very good breakfast and value for money. Location is very close to Ghatkopar metro station and to the R city mall.

Very clean place,The Roon was cleaned daily, all items shampoo, body wash, items for personal use offered for free. The internet works fine, I only stayed night sleep. Overall good staff members,

I wished the bathroom water was hotter, took very very long time to get Warner, but India Climate is hot, so take cold shower it is ideal, The Ac is quite, Wish there was tv foreigner channels

1. Internet use to get disconnected every day & had to call reception which they acted promptly. 2. Veg & Non-Veg Breakfast buffet was lined up together. Separate tables recommended for Vegetarians3. Hot water use to be turned off after 4pm hence could not have Shower in the evening after a long day of work. 4. Cleaning staff too noisy in the corridor in mornings so if you wanted to rest after a late night it was not viable to sleep late.
