The food was outstanding. Hari the receptionist and Izahar the waiting provided excellent service

Overrated and overpriced rooms. Nice rservicer and nice facilites. Excellent staff and excelent food.

The amenities and infrastructure in the room was ordinary when compared to its cost.

The staff and the food

The bedroom was too small. When someone uses the bathroom the second person cannot use that bathroom again or the toilet as everywhere water is splashed. Even the washbasin is splashed with water around it

Location is very good ,just adjacent to Dadar station.Near and clean rooms, lobby etc. Staff well behaved and friendly.

Complimentary breakfast needs improvement in variety and taste.

The staff was extremely courteous. They helped us with the check-in even before the scheduled time. Good attitude and very helpful. Food was also good.

The size of the room was extremely small and the bathrooms could see some renovation.

I had booked the hotel room for our engagement preparations.After a while the AC stopped working.No male person was allowed in the room as its not a couple friendly hotel

No transparency in the hotel charges for early check in

A Sum of Rs.1500 was additionally charged (equivalent to 25% of the actual charges) for checking into the Property at 7.30am on 29th April which is considered very high. Secondly the hotel terms and conditions in booking.com mentioned that additional charges is applicable only for early check in upto 7am. Since I had my family along with me, I had no other option than to pay the additional charges. However I had requested for a room for just 15 to 20 minutes to be provided for refreshing on 30th April late evening (after my check out at 10am ) but it was flatly denied by the hotel. After taking an additional amount of Rs.1500/- for early check in, the hotel did not even extend this courtesy for giving a room to refresh.

Convenience of getting everything nearby.

Management of the hotel. They don't know how to manage a guest with a uncertain check-out date. They messed up with that. Also the receptionists are not at all customer oriented. They only know their hotel rules and want to apply that on the customers.

I have booked this hotel more than three times now for our visit to Mumbai and each time our stay has been very comfortable! Aptly located and with an excellent staff I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the Dadar region.

Location

Too small room and bathroom.. no place inside the room to move... cramped. A tea coffee arrangement should be there in rooms at this price. Only two half litre water bottles provided. No mosquito repellent in room.

Essentially nothing.

Horrible hotel. We booked a room for myself and my partner, and they would not let us check-in as we were an unmarried couple. It was 2am and we were forced to pay for another room so that we could proceed with our booking. As my girlfriend is an Indian national and I am not, it was a clear case of moral policing, that they would not allow an unmarried Indian woman share a room with a man. There is zero reference to this regressive policy on their Booking.com page. Please avoid this hotel.

Small room with a tiny bathroom, no ventilation, stingy hotel. Staff is rude and hardly seen. Please avoid this hotel as it charges very high for nothing.

Disappointing

They even can't provide free wifi password in my 2 Days stay. Paying 7.5k per night but no complimentary breakfast was provided. No house keeping services was there. No facility for warming water in room.
