Very centrally located and excellent service, cleaniness

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. Our room was clean, spacious and included everything we could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff in all areas of the hotel did a great job and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast was exceptional; we enjoyed it on all five days of our stay and were impressed by the variety of offerings. The dinner buffet was also excellent and we were spoilt for choice. We have recommended this property to family and friends & our already looking forward to our next stay here!

Breakfast, early check-in, helpful staff. Some staff members like Arpita were very courteous and helpful

They upgraded us for free. It was a nice surprise. The suite was big and spacious, with a living area and a bedroom. The hotel stuff was super helpful. The interior is such that you've been transported back to early 2000s - we actually liked it.

We expected breakfast was included, but surprisingly we were told it's not included our experience is generally its always included in the room tariffs. We are extremely unhappy with booking.com who did not inform us that these tariffs are without breakfast.Decided never to use services of booking.com for future.

I would have loved if hotel authorities would have informed us timely while confirming our reservations that breakfast is not included.

The staff. All of them including the reception staff who welcomed us with a genuine smile even at 12am. & master chef Alam, who personally attends to all guests and make us all feel welcomed

A few things in the room could be improved.1. A towel hanging option would save a lot of laundry. 2. A hand-held shower in the bath. 3. Wash basin size is a bit small and water splashes everywhere, especially when shaving, etc.

I booked with dinner plan...After I check in they told me veg only..They don't have non-vegetarian buffet..They not mentioned in booking.com..Morning also veg breakfast buffet only..Hotel please mention this points in booking.com andHelp us for booking u r hotel..Very bad experience in 4star property..

Location is excellent. I choose the hotel for Location only.Food is very good.

Location and facilities

I was told that tea will be served early morning as we were to leave by 6.30 am. But we came to know the reception while checking out that kitchen is not ready yet to serve the tea. That was not professional though

Excellent property. Value for money. Food and in particular the buffet breakfast is outstanding..south indian items were very aughentic. Staff are very friendly....overall homely feeling

I personally think it is quite over priced because the amount hotel charges it doesn't seem worth No doubt the service is great the staff and food is top notch but honestly the interiors were not pleasing enough quite boring basically as it is next to a hospital

The reception and room service guys were very nice and helpful. The staff at the restaurant was equally good. Ambience was up to the mark but basically it is the staff that makes it a more happy place to stay.

The pool was under maintenance.

The staff are very welcoming and always at your service. The amazing breakfast is a must if you stay here from continental to south India and Gujarati breakfast..in the Rainbow veg restaurant Lots of choices you won’t go hungry. Again, thanks to all the chef and staff in the restaurant, especially Yogdash who always got me English breakfast tea with almond milk to perfection.Sangeet who manages to clean room is also superb. Bed are comfortable and clean towels and linen. Bathroom is clean and hot shower.On arrival there were beautiful chocolates in our room for welcoming us, which can be purchased from their hotel.

the spread was good but mostly south Indian which was OK. too many desserts from last night. jalebi and fafda were horrible. sev upma was horrible. no eggs for strange reason. all except coffee was not workable
