The Cattleya Hotel Near Marol Andheri East Mumbai

I recently stayed at cattleya hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is its USP, located at a distance of a mere 1.6 km from the Airport terminal-2. Good interior and waiting area. Staff is also cooperative and delivers well onto your expectations. Breakfast is something that will definitely let you down, however there are plenty of good restaurants nearby which compensate for that. It’s located in a market itself so the atmosphere is also great. Prices might look a little overboard, however the cleanliness and hygiene justifies it. Also, book offline to get additional discounts rather than booking online.

There was no water available in morning even to go for Toilet. We both had to go to nearby hotel to take bath and do other activities. It is very disturbing.

Location is good. The room is relatively small but room are clean, room service was good. The night staff is good. The receptionist specifically. The receptionist bunty was very helpful. Hotel is close to the mumbai international airport. We had a great exprience with staff. Reception staff experiences and helpful.

Location is good

The room wasn't properly maintained. The ceiling light wasn't there and there was just a hole instead. The AC wasn't working properly as well. Staff was rude at night time while checking in, when I complained, they said pay more for a better room.

Nothing much special about the hotel

Room ambience, no hot water , no toilet roll, no spoon when asked for the spoon the reply we get is they have no enough spoon. Room shown while making reservation was different than the room we have booked, later we have to book deluxe room and have to pay extra for the same room which we have booked at the time of reservation. Whenever we asked to clean the room , the room attendant he is either busy or either give us time which he never come back to clean. So the room was not cleaned for our entire stay.

Location is nice.General color tones used are nice. Checkin and Check out is efficient. Basic room setup is good. Wifi works fine.Geyser and washroom works fine.

Dingy room with smell on the ground floor. Please make sure you reserve a room anywhere but ground floor.The ground floor room gave me a bad headache by morning.Linen on the bed was not fresh and stained at a few places. Looks like the housekeeping is trying to cut corners and not put up effort.Washroom exhaust fan is too loud, and drowns everything else.

Location close to airport, better room than expected

The breakfast is packed breakfast and not worth paying more during booking the hotel room

Decent Hotel, friendly staff.

Opposite rooms are too close to each other given the hallway was about 2ft, so lot of noise in the room especially with the doors from other rooms.
