Clean room, helpful staff

Noise coming from the other rooms. Super small room size for 2 people.

So close to the terminal 2 from here and hygienic rooms, everything very clean, cheap for Mumbai and near airport

Location was okay , good for a night before flight and lots of restaurants nearby

I liked how the bed and pillow was cozy . As a room it was nice and pleasant for a solo traveller.

I didn't like how the room was very small. The pictures online almost give a false impression of the size of the small. It was smaller than I expected. The facilities were also not the best, as there was issued with the TV, geyser no hot water, bathroom also very small and no place to walk around in the room It wasn't good value for money in my opinion.

The only good thing is near to airport and rooms were clean

The room was so small other than bed there is no enough space to open my suitcase also.The fan was making noise.The room really doesn't worth for 1.8k inr.It's really really small

Nothing. Very very bad hotel. One should not book.

Very bad hotel. Not good for any people. The room was not cleaned at all. Obnoxious smell from the pillows and bed cover. The bed cover was damaged by cigerette smokers. Lots of holes on the bed cover and comforter. Lots of noise at the night. Could not able to sleep. At early morning, water was overflowing at the bathroom. I talked to the stuff, he did not respond. The room size is very very small. One can't live there. Overall, horrible experience.

Everything was great. Helpful friendly staffs. Near airport. Very clean. No restrictions to visitors. Really cheap price. Very small room but for the price it's very acceptable. Thanks a lot Eros Hotel!

Room size was very small, even it was difficult for one person to move in the room, no space after bed.

The hotel was very close to the Airport and is a good option for the passengers in transit i.e. waiting for the other flight or who have a very small night stay. The rooms are little small but good enough to accommodate the requested persons. Cleanliness was well maintained and the staff was good.

The hotel is situated little back side of another hotel, is not easily locatable on google maps, however after receiving the location from hotel, it was easy to find. The area and lighting outside the hotel needs improvement.

The place was very well located with lots of cheap restaurants nearby and also food menu in the room too,It was easy to catch a cab to the airport in the early morning.

My check in timing was 11:00 am , as I was stuck in the traffic I informed the hotel reception that I would reach a bit late, he told me to check for another hotel as my room was already sold to someone else, I even insisted on paying in advance but the response I got was shocking the hotel staff told me that they would give me another room in another hotel which is like a shady and shabby room. Avoid this place ,save your money and go to some other place

Nothing was there to like I booked for 2 person and the room size was very small.in bathroom u can't stand size is very small no hanging in bathroom . after sometime ac was not working.no water supply after telling that we want water

On booking.com it was looking like a good hotel but it's not I am very disappointed with this deal

No ventilation in the room. It suffocates. The rooms are extremely small about 6 feet by 6 feet. Washroom is only about 2.8 feet by 6 feet.Its not safe. You can hear birds walking on your roof all day. There is some bad smell like of the gutter which is felt as you enter the room when its door has remained closed for hours.Strictly a no go for me.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The Hotel is very close to Marol Nakka metro station (2mins walk) and close to airport. Hotel staff very friendly. Room comes with attached toilet with geyser, TV, a cupboard & air conditioner at affordable price. This hotel is best option if you are a solo or not more than 2 guests. The rooms are smaller and the bed takes almost 80% of the room space and for that price it’s worth it. Good veg & non veg restaurants are 2mins walk from the hotel. Highly recommended affordable hotel for solo travellers who prefer good nights sleep with easy accessibility to metro and airport.

Not much to complain.

Room was very small.. There no space to move even.. Toilet also same.. Only one person can hardly survive. So compact and small.. Floors were not clean or mopped.. There was no space for me to eat food even.. Other than the bed.. No table or chair or anything. Just a bed.. No wifiThey don't even give 1 bottle of free water bottle. Because for one day they took 1400 rs.. I wouldn't complain if the price was less . Then I would stay worth the money.. Just for 1 or 2 days.. This room we can adjust if the rate comes under 1k..per day. But for 1.4k.per day.. No wifi no water.. No space at all inside the room. But I would say one thing.. The staffs were really good. The guy in reception helped me alot .. They were nice and friendly.. But the facilities and money not worth it. And the most drawback about the room.. There is no door lock from inside.. Like other hotel.. The lock system they have is anybody who has spare key can open the door from outside and come.. Because inside we don't have any other locks system to lock the room so that no one has the access to room.. No.. If the hotel people want they can open with the key and come inside while we sleep etc.. Which is unsafe for females.. Maybe they don't do that.. But still they should provide 2 or 3 lock system from inside.. This room might be perfect for a single solo male travellers who has exit in Mumbai.. For 1 or 2days. For everybody else.. Its not worth the money
