Small space but according to budget in mumbai city ok

I liked it very much, the hotel staff also helped me a lot and the receptionist spoke very well to us and the room was also very clean.

Staff is good

The room smell is not good .. small rooms . The location is also not accessible.far way from central station ... Too much noise from outside ..not comfortable for couples with kids . don't know why everyone is given a five star rating for this stay ..

Run away!

If you ever think about booking a stay at this hotel, think again! It's filthy, with mold on the walls, dirty linens, no ventilation, and it's just terrible. I strongly advise you to choose another hotel. Save your money.

Well located between Mumbai Central and CSMT. Pretty good value for ac double room.

Rooms are small, bed linen is very tired. There were other guests making a lot of noise until 2am, would have been nice if the staff spoke to them.

It had been a big trouble to find a clean and comfy combo in Mumbai and Hotel Briteway was a super happy stay. As I travelled solo, the room size was not an issue but it might seem extremely congested for two adults. The staff members were very helpful. Let me check in early as well for which I am thankful to them. Had a good sleep. For travellers, roaming around in public transport, it might be a bit difficult to get to the hotel if one is not very familiar with the surroundings, but was not an issue for me.

The room was extremely small and apart from that I found nothing to complain and its not a complain from my part as well.

Lovely staff and great location. Nice and calm considering it is in a busy location of Mumbai. Staff were super helpful and nice. Very clean.

The area is not the best to stay as a tourist. The manager at the front desk did not make me and my family feel welcome at all and.

Interesting location in old Mumbai but not for the light hearted, good AC, looked after our bags after check out.

The outside location is not clean. Adjacent to junck shop. Near by surrounding dirty.

Its relatively close to some of the train stations in Mumbai.

Unfortunately the front of the building is towards a busy street and it's noisy all the time. The windows offer little sound isolation.

Only the location

The rooms were too small in size, lacking even a place to stand. And even if you are entitled for 200INR per person each day, don't choose the breakfast alternatives as they only allow you to have one item on the menu card. P.S. : There are no restaurants attached with this, they buy from outside. They don't offer toiletries properly No daily water bottles. No room maintenance. The bathroom doors weren't working correctly. I regret staying here so much. Spend more money to stay in a quality hotel.

I actually stayed 5 nights on separate bookings (long story) so this review is for 9th-14th Sept. Seconds time one stayed here and it was as good if not better. Consistency makes a business tick! Fantastic stay. It’s not 5* luxury but it’s everything you need and more with great room service. So clean you eat your dinner off the floor. Don’t, but you could :) The area around is a bit shabby but I never once felt unsafe and the locals are really nice. Within 3 mins walk you can visit Nizam’s for incredible Irani chai, Jaffar Bhai for great tandoori/bbq and Liberty Tea House for your take-home packs. The guys are amazing & will help you with anything you need, just ask and you’ll get the best advice, show them an ounce of respect and you’ll receive a ton in return, much love. My home when I’m in Mumbai.

The fact that I couldn’t stay longer.

So, the city of Mumbai, the most terrible area, disgusting location. But the hotel "clean staff" is polite and it's like an island in this sea of people and dirt, thank you for being accepted as a native. Great hotel. Once in Mumbai, and I am unlikely to find myself in Mumbai, I will come to you, I recommend it for other travelers.

Price is high compare to room
