Courteous and helpful staff. Good ambiance and food at restaurant.

Room was too small.

Staff attitude and Breakfast. I want to especially mention Nikita. On my arrival it was very busy. She was efficient , diligent and even polite to the tempestuous and entitled customers. She got me in asap. Well done ibis for hiring such staff!

Poor water pressure in the bathroom and health faucet. The flow of water was on and off and not a continuous flow. It seems the hotel has water supply issues.

Bathroom size and room size too small,reception while checking was very rude, look like she hates her job.When we asked for early check -in - she said rooms are fully booked, then she said if you pay extra she would give us early check in (moment ago she said room fully booked)

Reception staff was very arrogant which made the check in highly uncomfortable, hotel staff didn't even assist with luggage transfer to the room saying that they don't provide such services, cafe and restaurant in the hotel are highly overpriced based on the quality.

The room was clean and the staff was as very friendly.

The ac was a bit off. Didn’t either cool the room or it became freezing.

We really enjoyed our stay at ibis Thane. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. The food at their restaurant was absolutely delicious.A special thanks to the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’d like to especially appreciate the reception team for their kindness and professionalism. We had to check out a day early, and without even asking, they refunded the remaining amount. That thoughtful gesture really stood out.We highly recommend ibis Thane and are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

I face electricity problem and the locker system was not working. After i reminder them they repair the same

The staff wasn't very welcoming, we were supposed to have the room ready at 10AM. We had arrived late around 12:00 expecting the be able to check in right away. But, the staff made us wait a good 40 mins at the reception.They even questioned my knowledge of check-in and check-out timings.I had informed them it's a day stay, but they said regardless the check in would be at 1PM.After I showed them the booking details no one apologised, and in a very rude manner handed over the keys.

The structure of the Hotel is great. Everything is clean, and it welcomes everyone. We had a great stay.

The only details that could be improved is to ensure the shampoo gets refilled before each stay.

Clean room and great service from the Hotel. Staying at any Ibis guarantees us that we will be well served in any way. Showers have great hot water flow and beds are comfortable.

Even though our stay was great and we were extremely well received at the hotel, the breakfast/dinner menu should be reconsidered to welcome worldwide visitors. There should also be more wall plugs in each room, at least one on the side of each bed.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making the service exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with no delays.

One area for improvement would be the availability of a menu that is more welcoming to international visitors. Having a menu with more internationally friendly options be especially beneficial for business travelers like myself

the service by the staff very poor. Room service was not ownered at times. We asked for tea and had to call multiple times to remind. Rooms was not too bad.
