RELOhomes Serviced Apartment

Extremely clean and well organized. Had everything we needed and the service was excellent. Very well run group.

Did not have a 2 bedroom option otherwise excellent.

Comfortable to stay with family All the facilities worked without any issues and helped us stay comfortably

Cockroaches were found in the bathroom everyday Pest control was finally done a few days after my requesting

Would have preferred buffet breakfast instead of eating warm food in plastic containers .Bathroom size was bit tight.

Clean, comfortable apartments at prime Hira Nandani Garden area. Easy check in and check out. Good facilities in the apartment. Will definitely book again for my next stay.

Breakfast timing. Since the breakfast was in any case going to be sent to the apartment in boxes, it would be great if they could extend the delivery time for breakfast till 10 am at least instead of 9:15 when they rang my doorbell.

We skipped breakfast and asked for fresh papaya every morning and that was given to us on time. Location is excellent and is a 10 minutes drive to the R city mall. Also the stray dogs menace was considerably less than the previous year.

They seemed to have run out of masala chai and kept stuffing coffee sachets instead! And prior to giving us the room where we stayed they showed us one more property in another block which was way below the standard of ReloHomes so we declined the same.

Was very clean,the housekeeping was amazing, and it is very quiet compared to another part of Mumbai also very safe.

The breakfast

Excellent condition, more room than a hotel for similar price and the overall apartment finish is as good as a 4+ star property. Washing machine in the apartment makes laundry very easy. Brian and the rest of the front desk staff are very helpful and courteous.

The rent-a-cops. They make you sign in to enter the building despite showing them the keys to say you are a resident. And the parking is shite.

Very mixed feelings about this stay…I had to change apartment for a 2-night stay, not pleasant…My first apartment (402, B) was pretty bad. Stains on the sofa. No WiFi. My second apartment (802, A) was excellent. Modern, clean, nicely furnished. Excellent WiFi. Higher, better view (though both on the nearby construction site)…Staff was nice in helping me to move…

Breakfast is a joke. Brought to the apartment, just simple omelette, coffee and a few pieces of fruit. This is not a breakfast for the price paid to stay!Location - in a very nice area but very far from the centre of Mumbai (at least 1:15 drive).

Everything was neat, clean and easy to access.

The Food ordered from the in-house restaurant arrived two and a half hours later and the TV had not been recharged. I had to call multiple times to get it working.

Breakfast options were good. The food was healthy clean and always on time.

The location and the cleanliness. Amod Kumar was very helpful at the check-in.

Fake Reviews... AVOID THIS PLACE

We arrived after after traveling for over 48 hours, exhausted and in need of a clean bed and shower. Upon entering the room, the lack of cleanliness was evident. There were still unwiped counters and tables from previous guests, hair ALL over the bed as well as in the shower and bathroom counters. This place was NOT clean. We did so much research before booking this place and figured it would be good since the reviewers mentioned the cleanliness. We asked for a change of bedsheets. They came and changed the sheets but still put the same dirty duvet on the top. The sheets were old and stained but they still appeared better than the original ones that clearly weren't changed. I then go to shower and it's freezing cold. I texted the front desk once again and he said to wait 10 minutes. I had already been waiting 15 minutes at that point. Obviously I am beyond sleep deprived and grumpy by now so I text them again saying we can't stay here and we will be checking out. We paid for 3 nights, stayed for 0 (more like 30 minutes), and we have not been given our money back. They attempted to get us to stay by showing us another room. We entertained them for a second by checking it out... The room was just as dirty and the shower was just as cold. They stole $226 for a service/room that was not provided. This place does not live up to the reviews in the slightest.The supposed manager messaged me after this apologizing and saying he wants another chance to make it up to us. He said he would look into the refund. I thought that was nice and trusted that that's what would happen. It did not. They won't get back to me despite my multiple messages over the last 1+ month.Extremely disappointing first impression of India & its hospitality. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. We checked into Novotel instead it was MUCH better in every way.

A very good living experience, with a living room, water dispenser, dining area, kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, one bathroom, and one toilet. It's suitable for a small family and offers an experience like never before. Japanese chef is great！

Breakfast was really good, enough choices even for Europeans. The location and security were excellent. Hospitality was also beyond my expectations.

Our second time here at ReloHomes. Again its the location which works for us - restaurants banks & R city mall all in the vicinity. We skipped breakfast but we asked for papaya to be served and it was done.

Nothing - we were satisfied

The property was very neat .Accessible .They dont have kitchen so we can order food from zomato or swiggy! I was given room on 7th floor.Had it been above 16th floor ( which is their office) it would have been icing on cake!
