I’m so happy I decided to stay at Le Sutra for my few days in Mumbai. The room and bathroom were beautiful and spotless, the place was quiet, and the staff were wonderful — very kind with early check in and any question I may have had. I also felt very safe and easy there as a traveler from the LGBTQIA community.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were amazing. I had falled sick and they got the medicine for me. The location of the hotel is fantastic - close to all the restuarants and bars

I really enjoyed staying at Le Sutra. I don’t like big hotels so Le Sutra was perfect. Room was great and the location in Bandra is excellent. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to ensure my stay was a good one. I enjoyed the breakfast. Hammad and Preeti were great.

OK I get it that it's a boutique hotel, but there is not a single place in the hotel to sit other than the room. Room was without a window - only a white screen.When I told them I don't wish to stay the second night, because I didn't expect a windowless room, they said all hotels in Mumbai have no windows...Well let me tell you, my next hotel room had a window which you could see through.They agreed to reimburse me for a small portion of the amount.

A wonderful experience, the hotel was spotless and tastefully decorated with many arty pieces on display, staff were friendly, polite attentive and very helpful when asked for help in getting taxis or information about the nearby area. The breakfast was always fresh with a good selection of cold or hot dishes. It was a delight to sample the local dishes . The restaurant served food all day for lunches, snacks or evening meals.

The only issue we had was on our first night, we were unable to sleep due to a nearby restaurant/bar playing booming music until 2am, it only happened on a Thursday evening. The hotel staff dealt with our issue immediately by moving us to a further away room which was a lot better.

The whole street was under construction and it caused a horrible smell outside the hotel and also in our room. There was still some work being in late hours of the night which we could hear clearly from the room through the air vents. There were no windows in the room which made it very dark. The room floor was very dirty with dust, looked like no one had cleaned it in a while.

Thank you for hosting us at your hotel. We appreciated the attention and help accorded to us by all the staff, from the reception to the house keeping. The restaurant is very nice, with great food! The rooms are very clean and well maintainted.

The location is near a fish market! We are not used to the stench we encountered when we arrived at the hotel. We overcame that, but it hits you hard if you are not used to it.

Easy to get to airport and on a quiet street as we stayed Sunday/ Monday. Olive bar and Torii restaurants are both next door and serve good food.

Went for Satva room as says extra large bed, it was 150cm wide so maybe say it’s large.

The service and employees were exceptional. What stood out the most was one employee that helped me walk across the street to protect me. Followed us to make sure we were ok. Thank you. The clerk at the front, Vish was also fantastic to help with knowing where to go and schedule taxi

Hidden gem in Bandra west.I was a guest during a two day city trip to Mumbai. The stuff is very welcoming despite my late arrival.The room was as described, clean and well maintained. The quirky design is a nice break to the usual hotel rooms.The food in the attached restaurant was great, European with an Indian touch.Highly recommend. Thanks you to the team for the stay.

Good location

There was a massive security incident. A stranger came inside the hotel, followed me and tried to enter my room. The hotel took zero responsibility.

All staff was lovely, assisted us with everything in a very patient and kind manner. We had an issue with our initial room which was taken care of with great efficiency.You also have a spa there that will give you truly excellent massage!

Due to the layout of the building some of the rooms might not satisfy all. We were not convinced by our initial room. When we talked to staff though, they promptly accommodated for us to be moved as soon as possible which was appreciated.

Great location in Khar and close to the rest of Bandra, walking distance to the seaside promenade and nearby restaurants. Comfy and clean room, great value.

On a relatively busy street and could hear the street noise, despite being in the inner facing room. The staff seemed mostly frazzled and didn’t seem to have a lot of time or availability to help.

The hotel was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and had beautiful art. The staff was so friendly and helpful and I loved having a restaurant downstairs as well. Could not have had a better experience staying here, the little details were so thoughtful and the WiFi was great for working!

The hotel has an excellent location close to the seafront, leafy neighbourhood and many good restaurants. Rooms are bright and stylishly decorated with art works. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Buffet breakfast was good, but ordered items took at bit too long to arrive. Breakfast room was a bit dingy, would have been better to serve it outside. Elevator got stuck on upper floors a couple of times.

The property has a unique style is very comfortable and has many amenities . The location is one of the best in Mumbai and provides easy access to airport and key areas. The breakfast is amazing and offers a wide range of western and Indian choices freshly prepared .The entire team of staff are friendly and professional. Anjali always proves exceptionally helpful and overcomes any issue you may face. She is a wonderful person and great asset to the hotel!
