Very Good location and beautiful property and very nice staff

Bathroom and fixtures looked old and plastered.

The room was very clean .I admire how they contnously change and dress tbe bed sheets.

I ordered for fried rice and fried chicken and brought in only the fried rice which I felt really umcomfortable with my order.

Rooms were spacious, luxurious, excellent food, staff was super friendly conveniently located at central Bombay

room rates on high end, at times found difficult to get good car for daily travel from hotel

I liked that the room was clean and the staff are happy to help. The breakfast was very good.

The restaurants in hotel are far more expensive from what I would expect. The music could be replaced to indian sounds to connect the guest to India.

The room was very comfortable, with many amenities. Room service was quite convenient and the room had an excellent view of the main thoroughfare. Staff were always willing to please.

The concierge recommended a driver who was determined to steer me to one of those gift shops. This seems quite common in India.

Room was good size. Only had breakfast at the hotel which was quite elaborate. Staff was very good.

One of the highlights was the exceptional experience at the Dakshin restaurant. I want to give special recognition to Chef Prakash, who truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. From the moment we arrived, Chef Prakash made sure we were well taken care of. The food he prepared was absolutely amazing, authentic, flavorful, and presented with such care. His attention to detail and passion for his craft clearly show in every dish. What stood out even more was his warmth and hospitality. The next morning at breakfast, he personally ensured we were comfortable and treated us to some of the best dosas we’ve ever had. His dedication to his work is inspiring, and he truly made our day a great one. Thank you, Chef Prakash, for your kindness, culinary excellence, and the wonderful care you showed us during our stay. You made our visit extra special!

the gym is well appointed, the shower pressure is amazing and I love that there's a bath tub too. The coffee at breakfast is also good and strong and the massage I had was excellent!

The rooms and interior finishing are quite dated but I don't find that it impacted the comfort of my stay in any way so no mahor suggestions.

Old - needs refreshing and the room service needs to be upgraded in terms of selection and presentation

There was a fire alarm that randomly went off on my floor at 11 pm on my first night - took at least 15-20 minutes to rectify Not what one expects from a five star hotel

One of my best experiences till today . They have gone above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible . From the Staff at the reception to the staff at the entrance to the service at breakfast .. was above and beyond . Response time to room service was exceptional as well . Thank you for making our stay so comfortable

Great location , exquisiteness in this property is unique ! Fabulous views from your room and lobbys, lifts, rooms feel plush!

First of all, special thanks to staff members Mahima for check-in, Subodh for concierge services, Abhishek, Ravi, and Amrita for the pool/spa area for making our stay comfortable. The hotel is centrally located in Mumbai and was an excellent option for a weekend getaway for us. The breakfast buffet spread is amazing, with a good variety of local cuisine, and the hotel follows a strict clean environment policy. Hygiene was top priority. The room allocated on the 20th floor was comfortable, and the indoor pool is the best element in the hotel!

Lounge area staff capacity can be improved.

I was fasting, so I requested for Seheri at 0300 Hrs, without any hesitation they have arranged and help me keep my fasting. Very generous and wonderful staff indeed.

The staff were helpful and did their best and went some way to making up for a ropey start to the stay.

Being given a smoking room when travelling with a 10 year old.
