Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai International Airport

The hotel was very clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are not big but well planned. The breakfast is A1. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The meal options were of a wide variety, both veg and non-veg. The staff was hospitable beyond expectations. The location is very convenient, being next to the airport. Cleanliness is supreme. It's buzzing with people and activity. It's a value for money deal.

The size of the rooms is very constrained. The facilities in the rooms are very limited.

We had one night over in mumbai, Priyanka and Jagruti at the front desk made it the perfect night! They made sure we can have early check in, as its our honeymoon they put balloons on the bed, they took care of everything for us!! Honestly the stay was amazing mostly because of them. All the hotel staff is very kind and welcoming, the food is great as well

Rooms are on the small side. Cleanliness could be improved. Wouldn't say it's good value for money. Will not book again at this location.

Adequate for a 7 hr layover to catch a 4 am flight. Was able to get a good 2-3 hr solid sleep.

Not sure why staff could not provide keys to both my friend and me. Service at restaurant was slow. Would be nice if Hotel offered free airport shuttle

The staff were very attentive. My house keeper Rajesh and the Concierge guy, unfortunately I forgot his name but I remember it starts with S, they were my favorite throughout my stay. They came to my aid swiftly whenever I needed assistance. Thanks alot to the both of them??

Well that I think would be the black spots I saw in my bathroom, but the housekeeping manager made some explanations later which did make sense to me. Aside that all was good ?.

Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai offers a clean, comfortable, and modern stay with excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained, the staff is warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread is satisfying with plenty of variety. Its convenient location makes it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel.

Location was good that's why booked here, but the room sizes are so small and facility inside the rooms are below par, in 2025 any small hotel provide chairs and tables for working on system, here the round table is so small and sitting bench was very uncomfortable, I have stayed in other Marriot's also, room service is very poor, when the desk and reception staffs are good. You need to improve many fold, if you want to increase your customer base of corporate people because many stand alone & good hotel are available in Mumbai including Park etc.

Already mentioned that room sizes and facility inside room is totally unmatch to standard one. Movement inside the room is very difficult with such an high escalated tariffs.

Close to Airport

It’s in Industrial area and if you want to commute to city it’s chaotic due to connectivity

The breakfast was amazing and the best thing about the stay was the swimming pool at the terrace.

Being far from the city center. Although it is close to the Airport and hence quite convenient to stay.

Service was fabulous, and the food was great. The staff was courteous, and we received a discount on the buffet.

We had booked two rooms under a single booking and payment card, with the clear intention of staying for only a few hours (less than 8 hours). Despite booking well in advance, we were given rooms on completely different floors — one on the 7th floor and the other on the 4th. There was no consideration for our request, and their response felt dismissive. One room was "upgraded" while the other was assigned as a disabled-access room, which was not suitable or requested.The payment process was equally frustrating. They charged my card before my arrival, and what's worse — the hotel was sold out and didn’t have rooms that met our booking requirements. It felt like they simply fit us in wherever they could with whatever was left.Adding to the stress, Apple Pay didn’t work at the property, and they insisted on a physical card for payment — something that should’ve been clearly mentioned in advance.Check-in was chaotic and poorly handled. The property itself also shows signs of wear and neglect — basic maintenance is clearly overdue but being ignored.Overall, based on my experience, I feel the Booking.com rating of 7.9 to fit to the overall experience.

Easily Accessible to and from the airport. Good views of the Airport Tarmac.Great selection of breakfast buffet. Staff are warm, welcoming & professional.

Great Staff. Very helpful. Met the standards of the Marriot Brand. Pool and airport view is great. great bed to sleep with comfort.

The music was too loud in the resturant in the afternoon. Food is pricy (800 bucks for tea??) Property was in a lane and was hard to find for the cabbie. fairly high rates of food at the resturant. Very small lounge though.

Excellent hotel choice for the airport - pool area overlooking planes is lovely and the staff are super helpful. Stayed with young kids and they were very well looked after.

Car to airport was overpriced - the five minute journey cost the same as traversing the whole of Mumbai in an Uber! But it’s not a big deal and we could have sorted independently

Location was bit inconvenient. Not good view from Room and room was bit small than a standard size room. Expected a better experience honestly because of the brand.
