Bloom Hub WEH Andheri

Kind and hospitable! Great breakfast! And clean hotel!

- Located 10 mins from BOM T2- Amazing breakfast with many varieties- Room size and pristine cleanliness- Courteous and friendly staff- Rooftop Swimming pool, deck and gym

- Not much food options nearby- Not much walkable areas nearby- Visitors not allowed even during daytime

Clean modern. Rooftop view. Good breakfast.

Tedious over complicated check-in procedure.

Location

The staff their responses too rigid not accomodative just wants to charge

It's a fairly new property, just about a year old, and everything was great — the price, the stay, the room, and the amenities. The only thing that left me confused was the check-in process. Although the staff had already checked me in, they still asked me to complete an “online check-in.” When I asked why this was necessary, they simply said it was “mandatory.” I tried to understand the purpose behind doing the same thing twice, but the explanation wasn’t clear. It seemed like the staff themselves weren’t fully aware of the procedures they were asking guests to follow. What was disappointing was that when I asked questions, instead of clarifying things, a couple of staff members became visibly unfriendly, which felt unnecessary.Aside from that, everything else was perfect. I’d still recommend the property, but the staff could benefit from a bit more training on the formalities and how to communicate them clearly to guests

Very clean and nice breakfast

Morning was very noice due to some maintenance ..but it’s okey .!

The ambiance and specially how you have adopted technology.

Cleanliness in the pool side.

Decent hotel right next to WEH. Expensive but clean.

Value for money, food was amazing cleanliness was great, good option to stay for few days

Location is not ideal for traveling to tourist spots though very close to Airport

This is an exceptional hotel with very dedicated staff. The room service and restaurant were phenomenal. The restaurant chef actually went above his duty to even pack a small lunch pack for me due to my ridiculous hour international flight at 3am - He did this at no charge!

The parking area for taxi's and rickshaws was a bit awkward. Sometimes the taxis could not find the exact location of the Hotel.

Great kitchen, staff made you welcome, felt safe and clean hotel

A very comfortable, convenient, welcoming hotel. The staff were friendly, proactive, and went above and beyond to support me (especially Rohit and Shruti, who helped me arrange local transport). The location is very convenient for airport access and the rooms were cheerful and very comfortable. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Location is excellent. I liked the room, the city view, windows were soundproof. Like the whole Bloom aesthetics. Loved the snacks kept in the seating areas.

A smoking zone can be created.

Hotel location perfect on main hyghway and not far from Airport; staff very helpful at that time and with Booking that never transfered the booking. Breakfast buffet type very good and expresso machine to avoid poor quality coffee elsewhere. Excellent bed mattress. Excellent room service and clean up.

Hotel was fully booked and a bit noisy in the corridors or if your bedroom is close to lift. Pity there was not so much food outlets nearby for coffee break or dinner.

Spacious and well lit

AC was leaking, guests and outside food wasn't allowed which was informed after payment

Very bad

I have booked the room as junior suite but room size were so small and like normal room it was a one room attached with Washroom ..how you can call it as Suite then

Thoughtfully decorated facilities, friendly and efficient staff, well furnished room, and close proximity to Mumbai airport terminals (T1 and T2)

Beds are too cushiony; a guide to TV channels would help.

Food.

The room air-conditioning had some issues. Tried calling the reception, but after a couple of rings, and also after multiple attempts, it constantly kept playing a message that you are in a queue, please hold. Longer waiting duration while check-in process. While I was waiting, I observed the reception staff's approach towards customer ahead of me. And when it was my turn, the staff's conversation and approach towards me made me feel like the customer ahead of me was of more importance than I was.

Clean and neat property Very comfortable bedsNoise proof We enjoyed our short stay there

No access to the right contact details I tried calling the hotel for directions Nobody picked the call

The location is perfect. Close to the airport

Management, Room space, service, food, check in process, and a lot of other stuff.
