Hotel Supreme Comforts - Mumbai International Airport T2

I cannot understand how come the rate are that high, but if you look the bottom ones, those are the most realistic based on my experience.

It look like a very old school place, lack of clean, toilet shower without courtins.

Didn’t like anything. Towels are dirty. Staff was shitty (they have the room from last night but they gave me only at 10.00) we have to sit for 3 hrs in lobby for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend for long stay.

Location is great… that’s it

The proximity to the airport is the only advantage

1. The attitude of reception personnel is not good. When I booked the room, I mentioned it very clearly that i will be staying with my son and my spouse. During check-in, after swiping my card for the payment, the reception person told me that I have to adjust and there will not be any bed and mattress for the child. I told him to refer to the booking where it was mentioned that I am staying with my family. But he stated that it was the problem with Booking.com as they did not mention about my son's bed. After talking for around 5-10 minutes, he arranged for a mattress. There was no bed available. The room was too small and hence requested them to give a bigger room. He claimed that all the rooms are booked and we have to use only that room. Since there were no choice and we paid the amount, we requested them to remove furnitures such as chair, coffee table etc. That was done.2. Around 6 am, I requested for an iron stand and iron box. I was told after 5 minutes that the iron box is faulty and hence there are no iron box. 3. There are no restaurant in the building or very near to it. There was no room service. Even in lodges there will be room services available.4. There were mosquitos in the room. After our request, a mosquito repeller was provided. But it was not effective and there were many mosquitos.

When we fo downstairs to smoke we see two big mouse and small mouse A cat next to dead fish

The rooms are clean. There is no smell in the bathrooms. The hotel is close to the airport.

Perfect for airport, clean and fresh, hot showers and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Beds quite hard

The hotel was clean, no issues with the staff either. Room and bathroom were clean and had the necessary amenities

The location and the surrounding areas weren't good. Felt a little unsafe for 2 women travellers. There were weird noises from the adjacent room at 12.30am.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which is not a given in India. I appreciated it and stayed there twice during my recent trip. The airport of Mumbai is just a 10-minute taxi ride from it. For my early flights, the hotel has perfect location.

Construction work nearby made a lot of noise during the day. But it's not the hotel's fault. What the hotel could do better is to improve the soundproofing of the room doors, especially on the ground floor at reception.

The breakfast is good, but should have more choices! Staffs are pleasant and helpful, the management should appreciate staff Mr Touhid for his great hospitality for helping and assisting guests need! speak good english.

Disappointing Stay – Hygiene and Service Issues

Our group of five booked three rooms, but all had unchanged bed sheets with visible stains, showing clear signs of prior use. When we raised this at reception, they initially denied it but later admitted the sheets hadn’t been changed and replaced them only after some discussion.Additionally, we were promised a takeaway breakfast for our early 4 AM departure, but when the time came, nothing had been prepared despite their assurance the night before.Poor cleanliness and unreliable service made for a disappointing experience. Would not stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful personel! Clean room with a fan. Close to the airport, so there will be no problem to reach this place.

The hotel is close to the airport and makes for an excellent spot for a short stay thanks to its clean, modern interior. At least in the room we were staying, there was nothing negative that struck my eyes.

When people on the hallway are loud, you'll hear this in the room. Earplugs can solve this problem easily.If you like very soft beds, you won't be happy here. However, the beds are still comfortable and gave me a good rest.

location ok for quick out for next day flight as near airport.Inside hotel good but outside not so clean or shops to buy essentials.Lovely staff very helpful so makes good stay.Doorman also good on taxi etc.

Tidy rooms, perfect for short stay before or after a flight. 10 minutes to the airport.
